My stay in the hospital was as comfortable as possible for me! Wonderful, polite and caring staff, all of them: housewives who take care of the cleanliness of the wards, and cheerful, attentive nurses! The surgeon who performed the operation on me is a Cat D.M. A real professional! He treats each patient with such care and attentiveness. I was more worried before the operation (waiting for everything to happen) than during the operation. He paid attention to my every quiet "ouch" during the operation and wondered if everything was okay, where it was not pleasant and how exactly, he gave an additional injection of painkillers.
I got a new one in the department. It is chic, clean, a room for two people with a shower and a toilet. The nurses are caring and attentive! While I was waiting for her to finish all the manipulations, to ask her to cover me with a blanket after the operation, she took care of it herself 🥰

I applied at 4 a.m. - a friend's lip was torn , we went to an acceptable rest - no one was called, no one responded! Everything is open and accessible! The guard was contacted - he doesn 't know where everything is and it 's not his job ! Until they saw someone ... only then did they move ! Wait - those who are at work are obliged to be in their place and do not say that they get tired, the state pays money for it - and even more so from this year with an increase of 300%, as they said in the news! Dear doctors, you are fulfilling your official duties! By the way , they sewed him up - only the clinics said that it was very crooked and not neat ! That's free medicine.
We called several times to clarify the details of the reception before arrival. We arrived, at the entrance they asked where we needed to go - they sent us in one direction, they checked there - we were not on the list, they sent us to the service payment cabinet, they did not find that we were recorded anywhere at all, although there was a girl in the database. We recorded it, as a result, in a new way. We needed to go to the maxillofacial surgery department. It was necessary to thoroughly make sure whether wisdom teeth needed to be removed, what concomitant risks might be (and they were really likely there, another specialist warned about this), and just conduct a detailed examination, because for several weeks the girl had been suffering from toothache and it was necessary to confirm / find the cause. What do we have as a result? We went up to the floor of the department and were greeted by a closed door. You can't get into the department. And there is no schedule hanging. An employee noticed us inside the department and let us in. Moreover, without any surprise - that is, it is in the order of things that you wait at a closed door until someone notices you and opens it from the inside. There is no bell outside (as we were explained later, from 15:00 to 17:00 there is a quiet hour - how we should know this is a mystery, no one warned at any stage). Upon entering the office, the senior doctor loudly discussed something with a crowd of students, the girl was taken to the next table to the residents, where they studied other pictures. The resident to whom we were enrolled was clearly unhappy that a patient was "unexpectedly" thrown at him, he clarified several times whether it was accurate to him (there was a referral on his hands). There is no specialized dental chair in the office for examinations, the office is packed with people, some kind of open space, I observed this for the first time. One employee did not hesitate at all to stare at the girl for a long time, which was quite unpleasant for her. The rest of the residents apparently forgot that they were in a medical education institution, and not at a party at the university (well, at least with a patient, they could somehow behave more quietly), because they had to shout over them, explaining the details of the problem). And the priorities were also set strangely. They sent the girl to sit on the couch while they were discussing something animatedly, rummaging in the refrigerator. Let me remind you that the service was paid and we have already paid for it. So, as it turned out, the paid service included sitting down anywhere (without a chair, but just on the spot, almost on the spot), so that you could enlighten your mouth with a flash of the phone (!) and say "well, everything seems to be OK", saying "well done, smart girl" when examined. What is this all about? Can't you see that you're not looking at a schoolgirl anymore? What kind of liberties are these?? I'm not talking about the fact that the resident (Sabit Kuat, by the way, and he never mentioned the name of the hero), "you"-cal constantly, although he was initially addressed by "you". It is quite possible that the girl is older than him at all. The consultation itself was given unprofessional and practically useless, except for a few points (I repeat, this kind of consultation has already been conducted, with older pictures, by another specialist - i.e. there is something to compare it with - and we came here just to get some kind of final conclusion and direction / not direction for wisdom teeth removal). It got to the point that the girl herself talked about the dangers of certain "doctor's" advice, because he did not take into account certain important nuances at all (like the fact that one of the teeth was dangerously close to the facial nerves) that were in front of his eyes. At some point, there was a question "am I looking at your picture?", i.e. the person was not sure what was currently displayed on his monitor.
In general, lost time and money. Think twice about whether to come here for similar issues. We went there because we had a diametrically opposite experience with LORE - on the contrary, everything was wonderful there, we were very satisfied. That's why there are two stars.
The staff is excellent, the specialists are attentive to the citizens, clean, pleasant, quiet, no noise, you can quietly fall asleep in such silence)))

I wanted to clarify who my attending surgeon will be because I have the right to do so. I need to study the information on it in order to understand whether I want to be operated on by this doctor or not, or at least to know who it will be. The consultant laughed very rudely and said, "Are you crazy? where did we get this information from, you will only find out about the doctor on the day of the operation." To say that I was shocked is an understatement. If free medicine is available here, it doesn't mean that I want to be treated in a dismissive tone.I want to be treated like any other patient who deserves respect. No one gave information about the doctor, they just made fun of him. I feel very strange after such a conversation because surgery is a very important decision. I want to know who my doctor is and that you teach the staff not to treat people like trash. I intend to come to the hospital and leave a written complaint if this issue is not resolved.

Unfortunately, I cannot give the maximum rating due to the rather long wait for admission from some specialists and periodic problems with the organization of the work of the departments. This sometimes creates some inconveniences and requires additional time and patience from patients. In general, if we talk about the quality of treatment and attitude towards patients, hospital number 11 leaves positive impressions and deserves high praise. If necessary, seek medical help, I recommend considering this hospital as one of the priority options.

Of the internal repairs, only the doors and plumbing repairs were replaced (and then the good old signs were busy hanging. Since the toilets do not close to be alone) When they came to the ward, the neighbors said not to unpack things because there are a lot of cockroaches. Opening the bedside table, I saw cockroaches and their tails with eggs thrown back. Hospitalization was canceled due to sanitary conditions. And yeah. It is a very small ward and there are 4 beds to pass almost sideways. I'm talking about the neurology department on the 4th floor. And the elevator has been there since the 60s. And patients are poorly walking. A nightmare in one word.

Since 07.06, my mother has been in rehabilitation unit No. 2 after a severe stroke. We were immediately told that in order for rehabilitation to be effective and mom to receive all the necessary procedures, it was necessary for relatives to be present on weekdays from morning to lunch, which we did. The nurses of the department are nice and helpful, and I am very grateful to them.
However, there were serious problems with treatment. The doctor insisted on increasing the dose of my mother's antidepressant to 50 mg, despite our objections and her previous negative reactions to this dose. As a result, my mother had side effects that were left without proper attention from doctors.
Upon returning from my departure, I found that my mother hardly walks, does not eat, does not drink. It was only at home that I managed to stabilize her condition with great difficulty.
