Situation: two weeks ago I asked about a brown dress in stock: I was told about the delivery on Tuesday! I specially came exactly to the delivery for the dress, and they say to me, "oh, but only black ones were brought"! I was waiting for this dress on Tuesday especially for shooting on Wednesday, as a result, I had to completely redo the image for the shoot! Okay, I asked you to warn me about the new delivery of this dress. On Friday, the girl said that the delivery would be in the evening. I said that I was OUT OF TOWN, asked to book a size, and that I would DEFINITELY pick it up on Sunday!
On Sunday, I write that I'm going to pick up a dress, but they tell me that there is only another size left.
That is, the employees messed up the first time, did not apologize, especially did not offer a discount, etc. and for them, booking a dress for a day for the second time to the person in front of whom they messed up is not a priority.
