Many thanks to manager Daria for her help in the issue of warranty replacement of the Terminus towel rail (factory warranty is 10 years!). After seven years of operation, the heated towel rail flowed, naturally, I already managed to throw out the checks and warranty, but the Belarusian representative of the plant (Terminus Bel company) not only changed it for free, but also ordered the manufacture in the old size, which was no longer produced, especially for us. I had to wait a little, but the result was worth it, I didn't have to drill new holes in the tile and the new towel stood up perfectly... Once again, thank you very much! P.S. The towel rail was grounded
