I took the laptop to this service because I filled it with water, part of the keyboard stopped working. They gave it away the next day with even bigger problems, they said it was necessary to order from China, because the laptop is rare and wait a month. The problem was not solved, so they also carried out a cleaning for 100 rubles, which is not a word in the receipt. And it makes sense for me to clean up if it got even worse. As a result, paragraphs 3.4 and 4.2 in their public agreement were not complied with, they said to wait and that's it. I strongly advise against service, poor performance and customer orientation.
