I faced service issues, picked up the order, it was brought in a torn package, the product itself is broken into two parts and the only thing they tell me is: "well, it broke through here, I think it's okay." It is clear that you can wrap it with tape, but why not do this before handing out the product to the customer.
And the second point, there were three people sitting at the checkout, there was one at the checkout, as a result, a waiting queue of customers formed, and none of the three who were at the checkout even stood up to help.everything is absolutely packed.
One of the mugs of the service came with a chip. Because the product was a gift, it was opened and checked carefully only on the 7th day after the fence. The refund was refused.
The employee at the pick-up point said that it was not necessary to check on the spot, since it would be possible to return the goods without problems within two to three weeks, in case of defects.
In fact, the quality service reported that they could not tell me that, that the return period was 3 days and that they could not help me.
A great lesson not to listen to anyone and check any product on the spot and a great reason to abandon the services of the 21st century for the future.
For the sake of objectivity, I should note that the 21st century store generally organizes the work of issuing orders well. The processing speed and efficiency of delivery are at an altitude. We improved the organization and work at this pick-up point, moved it from a cubicle on the second floor to a very convenient room on the ground floor.
But a fly in the ointment always spoils the best achievements. I received an angle clamp today, 07/27.21. I decided to check it out, at least externally. It turned out that there is a defect in the casting of clamping jaws (see photo). And what should have been immediately alerted was that the clamp was in the box not in an additional plastic bag, as is usually the case with such goods. Therefore, almost a century-old dust has accumulated in the clamp body (see photo). She must have traveled for a long time and everyone refused her. But I needed it tomorrow and urgently. He said about marriage. The employee who gave out was joined, obviously, by the manager. He took a look and ran back to his place. I asked how quickly it could be replaced. The employee who issued it turned again to the manager. He categorically stated that it was only on the 31st and it was not a fact that it would be better. They usually try to replace it promptly, if the product is available, then on the same day. As a result, I was offered 2 bonus points. Super! I didn't say outright that I didn't need such a handout, but in life it's called that. Even remotely, the seller reduces the price by 15 percent.
I agreed to take it. I had to leave and did not want to do the work "on my knee", but I did not find any other proposals for a clamp of this design.
I really didn't like the manager's behavior - he is already playing the big boss. Work on the lights out, allegedly handled the situation. It left an even more unpleasant feeling than the marriage itself. I refused these bonus points.
It's not the first purchase in the store. If we take into account that I just ordered by phone, then the amount purchased is several dozen times more than this clamp. I didn't return anything. And it was nice that the service was getting better.

Not a bad pick-up point. I was there 1 time on weekdays, there were no queues. The guys are polite, better than on Trostenetskaya.
