It is very inconvenient to stop by --- you need to call the phone number, then they open the barrier. It is also inconvenient to leave, you call on the phone again. It is inconvenient to drive away from an oncoming car in the barrier area.
One plus --- there are not many people.
I have been waiting for the product for more than a week, I received an SMS that it was delayed, but on the way. As a result, the product did not arrive on the re-appointed day, citing that it was out of stock, so then what kind of product went to me for a whole week?
I arrived at the pick-up point a minute before closing time, at 20.59. The door (glass) is closed. A young man was sitting behind her at his workplace. I probably had to knock 20 times to get him to raise his head. He points at the time and says that he has already closed the cash register and will not serve (and his voice was very clearly audible, which indicates that my knock was clearly very clearly audible, but the employee clearly did not even want to answer).
Dear 21st century, the opening hours are indicated for customers, if you have a working time before 21:00, then you are obliged to serve even at 20:59, and not close the point ahead of time.
The location is very difficult, it is difficult to navigate using maps, there is still a construction site around, there are no signs!!!
The employee at the pick-up point practically insisted on trying out the goods at home, but managed to check on the spot (thank you). The employee informed about the product warranty for 2 years, but started filling out the warranty card only after my question! If I hadn't asked about the warranty, I'm not sure they would have written it to me properly!
It's a beautiful place. It's easy to find - there are huge signs around. The service is excellent, there is no queue, they give everything out very quickly. Now I'm only picking it up here.
The location is very unfortunate, it is not entirely clear from the maps where it is located, there are practically no signs. It takes time to find it. I had a heavy box, I couldn't even call a taxi to the entrance, as the drivers don't understand exactly where to drive up.
I got here for a "free" tire service (included in the price of new rubber) when ordering tires in the 21st century.
I changed my shoes, my impressions are rather negative:
1. Location. The location is unfortunate - the city center, the territory of some factory (probably), a destroyed road, a barrier at the entrance and no one nearby! There are phone numbers of tenants on the barrier, no one is in a hurry to work and on Sunday morning 3 cars at the entrance block the entire street - there is nowhere else to become.
2. Communication. Recording is mediocre (OK, all people are different, but it's worth improving)
3. Organization is disgusting. They don't rush to work in the morning. We recorded it at 9, arrived in 15 minutes - no one (and there is a queue in front of the barrier and the phone naturally does not answer). Can't the staff come to work on time? - Wait!
4. 3 people changed their shoes for 1.5 hours. I stopped by at 9:10 and left at 10:30. The guys at the tire are nice and pleasant, but you can't do that. Apparently, only 1 person has work experience, 2 others have just started and are learning the basics right on the go. The wheels were unscrewed by hand - there are no heads for the wrench in size 22. It didn't work out to remove the 18' tire without difficulties - it didn't seem to fit on the machine. New rubber (new-new Nokia) - at first they could not put on, then they could not fix the wheel on the balancing machine. As a result, we balanced "somehow" - > 600g per set. It's just a paragraph... The discs were sentenced - allegedly crooked. I left, stopped by on the way to the competitors at Kulman - rebalanced 40/40/50 / 70gr. Ordinary passenger tires.
Other: it's cold in the workshop, there is no waiting area, it's dirty inside - garbage and tools are everywhere.
The feeling that the business was organized by an absolute dilettante. They threw in money, rented a room, bought a tool, hired people and that's it.. There is no team, no skills, and there is no high-quality service yet.
Summary: it didn't work out "for free", it didn't work out well either. Very long and very disorganized.
I sincerely wish the guys good luck, but don't set foot here anymore)
The location is convenient, but it is not so easy to find, it was the first time I circled.
It's best to go through Santa's store right through to the parking lot.
Located on the way home is a plus. You can pick up only small-sized goods, only car wheels from large-sized ones. The staff is friendly, I recommend it!
We have opened a Tire Shop! And that's great! Quickly and efficiently.

A very strange pick-up point, or three people are sitting with languid faces "that they have come", or one person is sitting with a sign accepting goods. I'm sorry, whose problems are these?
