The situation does not change from year to year. The pediatricians of our department are excellent. But you can't get to narrow specialists. Especially to the dentist! This is my pain. You need to know the day when coupons appear and really have time to grab them.
We can't see Laura!!! It was, but it floated away. Some kind of cursed place, once every 5 years he appears for half a year and disappears! The issue is not being resolved, and I do not believe that it will be resolved. That's such a spitting attitude.

We visited the clinic, I will not name the office number. After waiting for about an hour at the X-ray room, we finally waited our turn. However, when we entered the office, we saw that quartz was being carried out in front of us.
It seemed that the staff did not attach importance to the waiting people. Last time, we also waited an hour and a half for our X-ray to be examined. Everyone who came after us was examined earlier, although we came before them.

Previously, I would have put less, as I was constantly faced with various problems (incorrect diagnosis, lack of specialized specialists, queues). Seven years ago, I transferred the child to my departmental clinic, and many problems disappeared. Recently, we have been visiting only a dentist-surgeon at the 25th (a departmental polyclinic, primarily an adult, and not all children's specialists are available) and waiting in line for a chickenpox vaccination. There are no special complaints, but at each visit to the dentist we have to explain why we have the right to be serviced at our place of residence.

A young girl doctor answered. Which practically does not get out of the phone while working.

it's Friday!
The nurse came out and did the dressing and said there was pus under the crust, I peeled off this crust, cleaned it, now everything is clean, but you treat the weekend.
I was given the name of what to buy at the pharmacy for dressing.
How much was my surprise the next day when I unwound the bandage. A wound that oozes green pus. The edges of the "sewn" should be closed, I thought. But there was no such thing. I didn't see any stitches.
After coming to the dressing after the weekend, we again get to the same young girl doctor. I explain my notes to her. That I didn't see any stitches there and why is the wound festering, if we are treating, maybe an antibiotic is already needed?
- Well, we don't know what kind of seams there are, maybe they are internal. (a piece of paper from the hospital is in their card where everything is written)
We have put an antibiotic on the wound now, you will come back in a day.
As it turned out, we just had these stitches ripped off alive!!!
And the doctor didn't even see that they were no longer there. We started drinking an antibiotic and after three days our wound was healed, clean and beautiful, without pus. The scar will certainly remain. It is a pity that my child had to endure all this because of such a staff in traumatology.
