Terrible service, to order bags, you wait for a response for three days, prepayment is natural, but as a refund they are against immediately, they do not want to refuse in any way, they are rude, personally my bag broke when used after 15 days, they refused to make a refund, they also said that I spoiled it myself, that they were accused of terrible quality. It's a real boor, not an enterprise. It's better not to order there! They can only blame everyone, but they can't admit a mistake

I ordered a bag on Instagram, made an advance payment, they said they would sew it in 20 days. After 25 days, I write to them and ask if they sent me a bag, to which I get the answer that there was no delivery of the skin of the desired color. They said they would make a refund, I have a foreign visa for which they did not want to make a refund at all, although they quietly accept it everywhere in the Republic of Belarus. We ate as soon as the money was returned, until I wrote a complaint with a lawyer, they answered for 3-4 days. But the big question is how can they even write that we can't refund your money?! This is the first time I've encountered such a terrible service!
