In February 2024, I bought a Samsung Odyssey G7 LS32BG700EIXCI monitor in this store, at 156 Prytytsky Street. The monitor was issued on credit (leasing) with a repayment period of 1 year, plus the basic guarantee was purchased "Protection +" for two years - also on credit for 1 year. So everything was more or less normal until the beginning of May 2024, until the moment when the monitor stopped showing any picture (see photo).

05/03/2024 - the monitor was delivered under warranty to the service department of the 5 element store;
05/07/2024 - a call was received from the Samsung ACC and a specialist of the center was informed that a factory defect was found in the monitor, which was eliminated by replacing the defective part. When asked what was replaced in the monitor and what is the cost of replacement, the specialist of the Samsung ACC clearly answered: "The display has been replaced, the estimated cost of replacement is X 1000 rubles"; in addition, the specialist of the Samsung ACC noted that the center will issue all necessary documents and transfer the monitor back to element 5 at Prytytsky, 156;
08.05.2024 - I received a call from the service department of the 5 element store asking if my monitor had arrived from the Samsung ACC, to which the answer was received that it had not arrived, call back after May 9;
05/10/2024 - closer to 20:00, I called the service department of the 5 element store to ask if my monitor had arrived. The store's service department specialist answered this question: "Yes, I arrived, the estimated cost of repair was less than 30% of the cost of the monitor, you can pick up the monitor at the service department." This confused me extremely, because I already knew the amount of repair and, based on basic calculations, it amounted to 37% of the original cost of the monitor. This was immediately reported to the service department specialist in the conversation. To this fact, the store's service department specialist replied that he would sort it out;
05/11/2024 - in order to eliminate an error, I called Samsung ACC to verify the data on the repair of my monitor and the estimated cost of this repair. The data was fully confirmed - I was informed again that the display was replaced, the cost is the same X 1000 rubles;
05/12/2024 - I received a call from the 5 element store. The girl said that since I was supposedly very interested in the timing of the repair and return of my monitor, she instructed me to make a call and inform the following (attention!): "Since there is no necessary part to repair your monitor, the repair is delayed and will be completed only by 05/21/2024." To this, I informed the store's specialist that I received a call from the Samsung ACC and was informed that everything had already been repaired, the display had been replaced and the amount was X 1000 rubles, and also indicated that the specialist of the 5 element service department informed me on Friday (05/10/2024) that the monitor had already arrived from repair and you can come pick it up. The girl did not answer these facts, but said that it was necessary to wait for the end of the weekend, that is, 05/15/2024;
05/15/2024 - I received a call from element 5, in which I was informed that yes, indeed, the cost of repairs amounted to more than 30% of the initial cost of the monitor, so you can come and arrange the necessary papers for termination of contracts for a loan for the monitor and for protection +.
But that's not all! 05/16/2024 I went and got all the necessary documents. At the same time, if everything was generally clear with the credit for the monitor, then everything was confused with the credit for "Protection +": as it turned out, in order to get back the money for "Protection +", you need to go to the bank that issued the loan and get a certificate (which, by the way, is paid and costs 15 rubles or 18 rubles for urgency). Of course, no one from the 5th element warned me that it was necessary to take a certificate before going to the 5th element, although I previously made a call to the help desk of the 5th element store at number 275 and asked a very specific question: can I go for a refund for "Protection+", if the bank informed me that the loan was closed!? Therefore, I spent an additional 2.5 hours on an empty trip to element 5 (where I was informed about the need to take a certificate from the bank) and on a trip and getting a certificate from the bank.
In conclusion, I want to say that the work of the service department of element 5 is outrageous! I have never seen so much outright and undisguised lies and unprofessionalism among computer and office equipment stores! I have a very bad impression of the store and the work of its specialists during the warranty period.
A recommendation for those who buy expensive computer equipment / office equipment / televisions, etc. in this store. If a warranty event occurs, be sure to keep in touch with an authorized service center. Сегодня были с мужем, хотели купить лампочку Яндекс. Консультантов очень сложно было словить, тех что удавалось словить просто показывали рукой в пространство и говорили «там».
Тогда мы решили через телевизор-планшет оформить заказ, нам высветилось «ваш номер заказа такой-то подойдите к продавцу и покажите номер, она вам выдаст чек и произведение оплату на кассе»
Мы не нашли не одного свободного продавца, подошли к «выдаче товара» где девушка сказала что не может нам по этому номеру выдать товар. Зачем тогда вся эта процедура?
Когда мы сказали окей покажите нам где она сказала что не может.
После того как я затребовала книгу жалоб девушка поменяла свой стиль общения на более милый и услужливый. Сразу нашелся консультант который смог нас провести, выдать лампочку и оформить заказ.
5 элемент, поработайте с мотивацией своих продавцов, потому что сейчас они все абсолютно не заинтересованы продавать товары и зарабатывать деньги. Это просто кошмар, что только после скандала все начинают работать!

Фу? На вопрос, а чем эти отличаются от вот этих, мы с женой услышали только фу. На утверждение, что на официальном сайте 5 Элемента указаны другие характери, не те что вы озвучили, мы услышали утверждение, что там тоже могут ошибаться. Человек не просто не продвигает товар магазина, а намеренно провоцирует негативное отношение к магазину.
К кассирам вопросов нет, парень вежливый, активировал бонусную карту, молодец, а вот к персоналу в майках разных брендов, доверия больше нет.

There I saw how one of the consultants helps the client with the choice (he does not "load" and shines with his knowledge, namely in MY WAY!). I decided to turn to him with a choice.
And since the task was non–standard: to buy 3in1 - to test in practice the expediency (in my case) of using a TV instead of a monitor: for work, for movies, and for games.
The technical "anamnesis" of the Internet and workplace conditions (0.8 - 2m) predicted 16:9 ~38" c OLED and >100 Hz. But the risk of lack of experience working close to a large screen (and not a dimensionless wallet) first prompted an experiment with budget models and other TTX. And here it was impossible to do without the help of a consultant on the spot, and without a test when buying.
So, the consultant (name is Vladislav) turned out to be, as they say, with a "twinkle in his eyes" to his business and work: he clarified everything, made his comments, shared his personal experience of switching to a larger monitor. Patiently allowed me to test (pre-downloaded tests on a laptop) the models brought by the delivery service to the store. When unpacking as much as 4 times (che-re Karl!!!) I unpacked and packed the boxes when selecting and testing a suitable model. And this is not counting the time spent checking the highlights of the matrix and searching for broken pixels. At the same time, Vladislav managed to serve other suitable customers without dumping them on colleagues. Here is such a store in the 5element network.
Result:
- savings = 2500 rubles. (without fear, I mercilessly use this "educational" trophy);
- warranty + a proven monitor without glare and broken pixels (not a cat in a bag, more precisely in a box),
- games = did not change PC settings (full immersion);
- movies and TV = as expected, everything is OK by default;
- work = removed additional monitors, graphs-I don't scroll through tables;
- health = I removed my glasses, I change the image scale depending on the distance (sitting / lying down).
Epicrisis and conclusions based on the results of the purchase:
1) Don't waste your precious time looking at pictures, photos and reviews. Believe me, "feel it alive" and make sure that this is your style – it will not work according to the pictures;

Ужасное обслуживание, я такое отношение ещё нигде не встречала. Покупала наушники свыше 200 р., а ко мне относились, будто я у них прошу один провод мне продать. Всё по мотивам "тебе надо - ты и иди". Консультает не подходил, я спешила и подошла сама. Спросил чего я хочу и сказал "сейчас" и дальше продолжал что-то рассматривать. Рассказывать о моделях не хотел от слова совсем. Пакетик дали с волосами на них, которые мне пришлось убирать, а девушка за этим наблюдала. Хотела их проверить, когда уже оплатила, так посмотрели так,будто я непонятно что прошу и потом в грубо тоне прозвучала фоаза: "проверяйте!". Если бы не искала конкретные наушники по всей сети, то в жизни ничего бы там не купила.

В целом неплохо, но… Покупал сковороду rondell для индукционной плиты. Консультант помог определиться с выбором и порекомендовал сковороду с титановым покрытием, заверив в ее надежности и долговечности, а если с ней что-то произойдёт в течение года, то можно будет сдать в сервис для проверки на заводской брак. Не прошло и 4-х месяцев как антипригарное покрытие в центре сковороды стало разрушаться. Занёс в сервис, приняли без проблем, сказали сделают фото и отправят поставщику. Спустя дня два пришёл ответ о поставщика, который высоко-профессионально установил, что повреждения вызваны перегревом сковороды на открытом огне (у меня индукционная плита, готовка производилась на 7-8 уровне мощности) и использованием острых металлических предметов (силиконовая лопатка), в возврате денежных средств отказать. Минус 100р за некачественную сковороду.
Не доверяйте консультантам и не покупайте rondell, лучше доплатить и купить tefal.
сеть скатывается на дно! еще 5 лет назад было гораздо лучше.
заказал монитор LG 32", специально с самовывозом, чтобы проверить на месте и не заморачиваться с курьерами если что не так.
приехал забирать - про ожидание специалиста писать не буду - уже и так написано много, небыстро, короче)))
в итоге, приходит щегол, младше моей дочки и идем мы смотреть монитор! он подключает его к компу и запускает какую-то игродемку.
я говорю:
- мне не надо демку, включите заливку каждым цветом, я гляну и все!
он: - вы хотите на битые пиксели проверить?
- конечно хочу, это же монитор!
- проверка у нас платная, 10 рублей!
- а как вы будете проверять? у вас дефектоскоп есть?
- нет, запустим тест и проверим битые пиксели!
- спасибо, я сам проверю, вот у меня флешка есть, с пятью картинками, просто включите, я посмотрю и оформляем!

- молодой человек, я покупаю монитор за 1100 рублей, а вы серьезно рассчитываете стрясти с меня еще 15 рублей на семки за просто так?? оставьте свой монитор себе, а я найду нормальный магазин!
и ушел.
я понимаю, если бы предлагали настройку цвета с калибратором, за это не жалко доплатить, но развод с платным "посмотреть глазом на битый пиксель" - я такого с 2000-х уже не помню! позорище!

Сорян, но больше одной звёзды не дам. Поясните мне в чем суть вашей программы лояльности(бонусной)?? Ты можешь накопить, но снимать можно только на товары по полной стоимости, wtf??? Что за прикол? Вы меня простите, но не такие у вас и большие отчисления на бонусную программу чтобы не давать списывать бонусы на акционные товары. А второй момент, покажите этого гения который решил что бонусы будут приходить через месяц? Что за бред? В первый раз пришёл купить USB хаб и мышь через неделю после покупки ноутбука и вот там меня выморозило что бонусы идут на карту явно через Китай и тогда пришлось купить по полной стоимости чтобы не терять время на заказ этой же мыши в другом месте. Про usb хаб вообще молчу. Он был фирмы SVEN и качество исполнения ужасное(для того чтобы пользоваться им нормально пришлось посадить штатные пластиковые заклепки на клей и забить на это дело. Вы знаете, уже две попытки были списать что-то по бонусам. Видимо это был последний раз когда к вам пришёл за покупками.
