Mini-office (2 managers and a cashier employee). We quickly and in a good mood helped to issue 2 cards for a non-resident Russian (Humo UZS + Visa Gold USD). If you apply on a weekday before 16:00, you can get it at the same branch the next day from 9:30, or on the same day, but at the head office (10-15 minutes by car). For registration, you need a Russian passport, a PINFL (issued at the public services center in half a day), registration from the hotel and a local SIM card. The cost of issuing two cards is 50+55 thousand soums
