They are trying not only to make money on a high-quality service, but also to squeeze all the pennies from the client, as well as to MAKE MONEY ON EXCHANGE RATE DIFFERENCES AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CLIENT.
Be sure to pay attention to the clause in the contract that is at the rate on the day of payment, BUT NOT LESS than the rate on the day of leasing registration. This is a very important point, because the ruble exchange rate periodically stabilizes and you are guaranteed to overpay. In my case, the overpayment amounted to more than 1,500 euros by car. THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS WITH SUCH A CLAUSE IN THE CONTRACT. IT IS BETTER TO CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY. And they also play with the NBRB course. If you pay outside of business hours, then if the course is more profitable for them today, then they will calculate for today, if it is growing for tomorrow, then they consider that the amount was received the next day (because it was not working time at the time of payment) and thus receive additional money. I have a difference of 28usd on one payment.
Also, 24 rubles are required for early redemption.
The amounts are not critical, but this is a tiny fight.
These little things make up the overall impression.
I can't recommend a company with this approach.
