I didn't like it. Very cramped changing rooms, no wardrobe to leave outerwear. The simulators are broken. In the showers, watering cans flow and splash in all directions.

The parking lot is always packed, I wait for half an hour for someone to leave. I do not recommend it to anyone. It's strange, it doesn't seem to be the center, there is enough land to make more parking spaces. No one needs it.

The pool is small, 2 people swim comfortably, if more is the trouble. There is a "specific" smell in the Jacuzzi, designed for 4 people. The guns were not working at the time of my visit, I was in the Aqua zone for more than 2 hours. The sauna did not work, it was renovated, but the sauna is one and very small. The gym is large, there are a lot of shells, there are a minimum of people during the day. I recommend visiting, you will be able to work out, wash up too. Not expensive.

It's not the first year I've been going to aquaerobics in Adrenaline. Wonderful girls work at the reception. Professionals in their field. Always in a good mood. They solve all issues quickly.
The coaches are just great! Everyone is different, with their own set of exercises. Interesting, good load, fun and naughty! They monitor everyone and give recommendations. We care about every little thing. Smart guys!!!!

I chose this gym only because of the pool. It is very pleasant to swim after a good workout. But after a day at work, it's not particularly pleasant anymore. There is water in the pool, the sauna is also silent about the Jacuzzi. All because of undisciplined visitors, most likely because I have seen men coming out of the locker room into the pool in their underwear more than once. I doubt that they were in the shower after training🙈 a lot of people, because of this, it can be uncomfortable in the locker room, as well as it can be difficult to build the training process yourself because you stand in line for the simulator in the evening. Parking is a pleasant option, but on weekday evenings I do not recommend visiting cruelly. There is also no loyalty program for regular visitors. Although there are constant promotions for new ones😔

The pool room is dirty, the steps are spoiled, the bottom of the Jacuzzi is often slippery from plaque, too hot, the staff is polite, the sauna is spoiled, mold on the belts for aqua aerobics.

There are a lot of season tickets for sale, the club is clearly not designed for such a number of visitors. As a result, there are always no places in the locker rooms, although you overpay for an aquazone subscription, an overflowing pool and Jacuzzi, a sauna is not a sauna, but a courtyard with room temperature, queues for a shower, queues for a hair dryer, a crowd near the mirror, piles of jackets on hangers and a floor covered with shoes.
At the same time, the administrators shrug their hands, and not only do not even apologize, they can also be rude, saying that what you want from us is rush hour.
The water in the pool never changes at all, supposedly there is a self-cleaning system, and even a boy who peed there right from the side is not a reason to change the water!
The souls are old, the water in them is poorly regulated, then boiling water, then ice, ventilation is not sprayed!
And also, no one cares that some visitors have no idea that there should be dry steam in the sauna. They go in there with a wet head, in wet swimsuits, with bottles of water, and some even manage to hang their wet sheets there to DRY!

The receptionist, 1 girl, who is alone at all - both on the phones and at the checkout and meets everyone, I did not meet her after training, I just left the key at the reception and went because she was engaged with another client.
The repair is old, everything is old, except for the simulators. The shower head pours in all directions, getting dirty at the same time... The floor is scuffed to holes... With such a price per visit, it's strange that everything is so sad!
Well, the receptionist gives me the keys very strangely - she gave me in a corner where I couldn't turn around, and she also gave the girl another closet next to me. I had to take turns using the locker.
In general, it's a pity, but I won't come anymore.
