I really hope that the new building will fix the situation. At the moment, this is the worst airport I have ever been to: there are catastrophically few places, it is impossible to sit on the seats in the waiting room (I thought that such metal seats were no longer produced), the staff is unskilled, the inscriptions are found only in Kazakh (there is no duplication in any of the foreign languages), everything is up to the plane they walk, no one checks boarding passes anywhere - it's a complete mess
In many cities there is a room for the disabled, with a bathroom, a bed, etc.
In our airport, this is an eternal problem. There are no conditions for the disabled. Which is very upsetting. The waiting room is cool, although they say they have given heating.
There is no elevator, no excalator, to go to the room of the mother and child, you need to pass the inspection then go there.
