Everything is fine' except breakfast. Very sparse and monotonous. It's been the same for nine days. The kids didn't even want to go to breakfast. And they don't give a towel to residents for the water park, rent it for three rubles. Cleaning and linen change in the bungalow - once every five days. The towel is changed daily. Garbage is taken out daily. Toilet paper is added daily. Barbecue 10 rubles. rent. The skewers are their own. The mixer in the kitchen is barely alive. The soap dispenser is not working. Open it and pour it into the palm of your hand. Windows and doors do not open up, i.e., as a window pane does not open, only for plowing. No micro-ventilation can be done. The draught opens wide . Cool territory and a water park. But there is a small nuance. There are hordes of spiders all over the hotel and crawling in the room.
I've only seen this in my life as a child in a village toilet.
Yesterday, when I said that there were 4 spiders in the room and 1000 more outside the window that it was even scary to open and the children were crying and did not want to sleep, they told me that these were spiders and there was nothing terrible. They said that the forest is of the rch type (in fact there is no forest there) and they came to visit from there. When I asked why they didn't take them out and why we should live with spiders, I got the answer that if they were evicted, they would get started again someday.
My arguments ended and we spent the night in another room on the 4th floor without spiders in the room and with a bunch of spiders outside the window, left there and canceled the remaining booked days. And no water park will cover the shock and tears of a daughter who was afraid to fall asleep at night.

This summer I spent 4 days at the Aqua Minsk Hotel. My opinion is a wonderful place! A great hotel, why 2 stars did not understand. I would give at least 4. We lived in a bungalow, three minutes walk to the hotel, five minutes to the water park. The territory is large, beautiful, and pleasant to walk around. There are plenty of parking spaces.
The service is good, the staff is polite. Everything you need is there, the linen is clean, cleaned regularly. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the portions are large, you will not stay hungry.
The water park itself is also good - the water is warm, there is somewhere to swim, and there is also a ride from the slides. Sun beds, armbands for children, ski equipment in large quantities. Everyone has enough, even when there are a lot of people.
In short, there will be an opportunity - go, you will be satisfied.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. We booked a room a day in advance, we were warned that we would be with children.
1. Dirty room.
2. The plumbing is in poor condition and dirty. (3 jets that come from the faucet, that from the shower).
3. There is no hot water.
4. The bed is not made (make it yourself).
5. The bed linen pillow and blanket are not in size.
The first impression of the hotel is 1 star and no more.
The room is small.

We had a rest in July 2023. We checked in at 22.15, we were told that the kitchen is open until 22.30.
We came to the restaurant, but the waiter told us that the kitchen was already closed, because they were too lazy to serve us. After whispering with the staff, with a look on his face, well, okay, we accepted the order.
By the numbers, there is almost no sound insulation.
The beds are not comfortable.
For repairs and amenities as in 2 stars.
One thing pleased me in the morning - breakfast is included in the price and it is not bad at all.
At a cost for 2 adults and a child of 8 years +- 350 rubles per day.
For everyone who plans a hotel + water park, remember:
You check in from 14.00 and you can use the aquazone without restrictions until 12.00 the next day.
But if you arrived and checked in in the evening, you will be able to use the water park, which is included in the price, only until 12.00 - that is, before eviction, and then pay extra.
Therefore, calculate for yourself whether it is worth getting attached to the hotel or not.

The water park is a separate song!!! We always go there in the evenings. We were in the summer, so we also managed to enjoy the outdoor area of the water park. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are cozy, no frills. But we don't need them. We only went there to wash and sleep. The hotel is quite suitable for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and always happy to help with any questions. The only thing is that the breakfasts have become very meager. It used to be richer somehow. And of course, now they save on everything, all products have risen in price. But we are not offended. We went anyway, we didn't stay hungry. The room is cleaned and towels are changed every day. The hotel's territory is large and green, but I didn't have enough flowers. There is only room for a table, and there are few flowers. And so - just here!!!

There is a free aqua zone in the water park, then everything is paid: they took baths for 20 rubles per person. they were satisfied. There is a very long queue on the slides, you get tired of standing and you no longer want to roll off them. It is also very expensive alcohol and fast food from food almost everywhere, it is better to take it with you and have lunch. Many have done so.
In general, we were satisfied, but we will go for the 2nd day.

The hotel officially has two stars. The rooms are clean, everything is as in the photos. From the bad:
- the beds are very narrow and very hard. I love hard mattresses, but it was too much. Children were constantly falling off their beds at night because of the narrow beds.
- the ventilation in the room was bad, but we had a window open, it saves a little. I do not know what happens in the cold season.
- the breakfasts are just disgusting. There is no choice: buckwheat, pasta, omelette, sausages, coffee (no cappuccino), biscuits, cheese, sausage. If you have time, you can grab the cheese ala byu Alexandrov
- there is no drinking water in the hotel, there is boiling water on the ground floor
- there is no safe or kettle in the rooms
On the plus side: the hotel has a cheap lunch on weekdays until 16-00.

For a room for 2 adults and 2 children, we were given 383 rubles. and this is certainly expensive. The price includes breakfast (buffet) and access to the water park. The staff is polite. But we stayed at the water park to the maximum and we got 7 hours in two days. Check-in after 15, the queue stood for more than an hour, they got to the water park only at 17.00, and check-out before 12 o'clock the next day. But in general, I liked the rest.

This hotel is a godsend for families with children. Access to the water park for residents of this hotel is unlimited. It's even surprising that prices are not inflated. I hope the management will be able to keep them longer, as we would like to return. Excellent location for people traveling by car, 10 minutes to the center, 10 minutes to the shopping center, near a huge park and a promenade for long walks and cycling / scooters, a boat station, a playground, a birch grove, a lake with swans. The whole area is gentrified, cleaned, the only thing at night is not enough illumination, there are lanterns, but one or two are lit. There is a huge parking lot, hares from the forest run along it in the evening)) The entire hotel staff is very friendly and ready to solve any problem you have. We were settled immediately, the room was given according to our wishes. Everything is clean in the room, the linen is fresh, they provided a crib for the baby for free, it fit perfectly next to the window, right after the unfolded armchair, so there is still room for games and other things in the room. The refrigerator helped us out a lot. No wildlife was seen. The closet is roomy. There are many lamps. There were no problems with water in the shower. In general, everything is surprisingly good for a 2-star hotel. The breakfasts are simple of the same type, we are not tired in 4 days. The children ate yoghurts, porridge, cereals, pasta with sausages. I really wanted vegetables, at least cucumbers or carrots, cut into strips. The coffee is good. There were even sweets. Cheese, brownies, potato cake. The only thing I would like to draw the management's attention to is room cleaning. We were from May 2 to May 6 and during this time we were never vacuumed until I caught the maid and asked her for a vacuum cleaner, but she apologized and referring only to her first day at work, vacuumed herself. Of course, this is not the case, I swept the room myself with a shoe brush, since we returned in the evening, no one was there, and yesterday's crumbs were still lying on the floor.

Taking into account the price (about 15 tr.)- somewhat depressing view, there are stains and stains on the sofas, for example (room 201), although the TVs are cool, better than in similar hotels. The territory is beautiful around - this is a plus. The restaurant has a catastrophically small selection of dishes. I don't know where the excitement about the morning buffet comes from - there is also an extremely poor choice and quality. I haven't seen such a tasteless omelet anywhere yet, although I can't imagine how it can be spoiled)), but you can eat more than three points in general. The main plus is a cool water park, but actually because of it, they probably go.

There is no air conditioner, but there is a floor fan (powerful enough). There are mosquito nets on the windows. Of the disadvantages, there are cobwebs in almost all corners.
The buffet: the selection is small (1-2 for each position). There are few fruits. But, if there are no diets and allergies, then you can pick up something.
If your goal is a water park, then it will do for an overnight stay.

There are 3 towels per guest in the bathroom. Liquid soap and shower gel are available in dispensers. There is a separate fee for the shampoo, you can buy it at the reception. We were in the middle of June, there is no air conditioning in the room, an extractor hood in the room and a bathroom.the node has the impression that it did not work at all. It's very stuffy. Plus, there were mosquito nets on the windows, you could open them in the evening and let in fresh air. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Everything is quite simple and not very tasty. The staff is all friendly and courteous. The aqua park, for which the trip was conceived, is a 2-minute walk away. In the evening, unlimited access to the aqua zone until 10 p.m., the next day until 12 p.m.
