I was in this store for the first time, since I do not understand this topic at all. I bought yeast for my father, as he experiments with the production of homemade drinks in the mood. The assortment is huge, the sellers (I assume that the couple with whom I communicated are the owners) told everything in great detail and fascinatingly, I even thought that it might be interesting to make homemade drinks myself)))
