There is nothing to wash down the pill with. There is no water in the room either. I had to go to the reception. But there's no one there!!! I couldn't get through. I had to open the hotel myself and go to the parking lot in the car to get water. By the way, she turned out to be completely open. Come in who wants to!!!
I have not seen such a service anywhere else.
Restaurant. It seems to work until 11. But at 10 o'clock it turned out to be a problem to place an order, because "The Cook is already going home." There are no 30 percent of the dishes on the menu. Perhaps they comb everything there for the holiday, but on a normal day there is sadness.
The town itself is beautiful.
On the fifth of October, we wanted to book a room here. Starting at 17:00, the reception was called, but no one picked up the phone. Around 19 o'clock, the phone was finally picked up. The administrator, without introducing herself, did not provide any real information about the housing fund. We asked to find out more precisely and said we would call you back. As a result, no matter how many times we did not call, silence answered. After a while, she finally picked up the phone, and we asked her to introduce herself. Veronica, that was the name of this wonderful administrator. She did not confirm the reservation for the room to us as a result. We asked to know if we could have dinner at the restaurant upon arrival. The receptionist hung up the phone and for a long time we could not get through again. When, by some miracle, we got through, some other madam picked up the phone. And she also introduced herself as Veronica. Although it was clear from the voice that it wasn't her. In a very rude way, in a boorish way, this person was having a conversation with us. Later, we called back again, as we did not receive any intelligible information. Again, the strange woman picked up the phone and called the bartender. We have no complaints about the bartender. She explained everything about the menu and service. At 23:00, we still got through to the reception... And, lo and behold, the receptionist picked up the phone. We said that such an attitude towards the guests is not acceptable. To which she began to be hysterical, rude, refused to give her full name. In general, our weekend is ruined. Tired, we had to drive an extra 30 km to Orsha and stay in another hotel there.
I demand that the management of the Alexandria Hotel understand this situation and take a more responsible attitude to the selection of staff. Such an attitude is unacceptable, it does not fit into any framework. Figure it out as soon as possible.

To my question, how can you do this with people with whom you agreed to book a hotel room, who came from the Russian Federation and just send them ..., without even WARNING THEM BY PHONE IN ADVANCE that the hotel would not work, this local employee of yours simply replied to us, go wherever you want and complain wherever you want... Considering that I have stayed in hotels in more than 50 countries, this is the first such inhuman EXPERIENCE in my life. I ask the management to deal with this employee (unfortunately, I do not know her name, I only remember that she was a dyed brunette, with the appearance of a cheap brothel worker) but I think it is not difficult to raise the full name of the employees on duty at the hotel on Saturday, April 11. If you ever find yourself in these parts, the Alexandria Hotel is a great place to spend the night. There is a closed parking lot, a restaurant (more like a cafe) with normal food and delicious coffee, clean, not shabby rooms. There is a swimming pool in front of the hotel. You can take a walk in Kopisi and admire the views of the Dnieper. And it is also the birthplace of the President of Belarus and there is a school (museum) where he studied.
It's a good holiday, but very crowded. At the entrance, be ready to stand in line for an hour or more. It is better to leave toilet water and large bottles at home.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. The rooms are cold, even during the day (it was April), but I can't consider it a minus.The price includes breakfast. In general, I advise you to rent a room here if you are in or near Alexandria itself.
USSR+ class numbers. The price is high. It's cold in the room. There is no extra blanket. To take a shower, hot water had to be drained for 20 minutes. After the bathroom was filled with steam, a horde of mosquitoes flew through the ventilation, and this is at the end of November! Prices in cafes as in the center of Minsk on the city day. In a word - disappointment.
An excellent hotel, it is clear that there are three stars on the international route. But! Very good living conditions, (we wrote about trains, there is such a thing, when choosing a room you need to take into account). The food is good, the choice of three types of breakfast (oatmeal is just great), a good choice for dinner. In general, I recommend it. It is a pity that this level is in all of us. it is difficult to maintain points.
The hotel is quite tolerable for living, there is also a cafe-bar in it.

A good hotel for your money. Polite and attentive staff. The disadvantage is booking only by phone. The room is clean and tidy. A good breakfast is included in the room rate. Paid parking is paid separately. Both were a surprise to us)))). Towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel were in the room, there is no hair dryer.

Our best hotel. Clean, cozy, beautiful territory, great nature. The staff is helpful and kind) the breakfasts are great! Very tasty oatmeal porridge-as in childhood))
I called at 10 a.m. on 02.10.2021, asked if it was possible to come with my family to eat, they answered: we work from 8 am, everything is on the menu, both the first and the second, come! We came from Orsha (30 km) to have breakfast, as a result, they told us in the cafe: we are closed for special planting, we will not be able to eat. I did not receive an answer to the question why I was told to come then. 11 o'clock in the afternoon, a day off, neither a child nor an adult can eat nearby. Irresponsibility of the highest degree!
A standard three-star hotel. One of the disadvantages is that there is no air conditioning, and it is impossible to sleep with the window open because of the nearby railway. One of the advantages is the very friendly staff and delicious cuisine in the cafe.
