We visited the cafe several times in Vitebsk, ordered delivery in Minsk. The impression was different from the atmosphere, the mochi and strawberries were amazing.
But... it turns out a lot depends on the staff. October 20th was a horror. The barista was just "vital." The cappuccino was cold, and the mochi was a complete mess. There were very few berries in the mochi that GOT on the spot, almost three or four small pieces. A complete disappointment from the cafe.
The choice of desserts is small, but very pleasant. I tried chocolate-covered strawberries and mochi. Strawberries need to be "hunted", as they are disassembled very quickly. I would rate strawberries at 8.5/10. But the dessert mochi made me very happy. The size of the mochi is large, there are a lot of integral fillings inside, for example whole raspberries or pomegranate seeds. I recommend everyone to try it. 10/10.
We were in a cafe on 10/20/2024. Within an hour, we called to clarify the availability of Mochi and booked 6 pieces, to which we were told that they would be available and booked. We arrived, 10 minutes later the seller / barista / service staff (I don't even know what to call the position of this girl), tried to explain how much and what we needed. On the spot, we took 3 mochi separately (because we had to wait for the preparation of the rest of the mochi), 2 reserved ones were put in a box (2 in a separate box), 2 mochi were told to wait a couple of minutes.Attention, we waited 30 minutes for our mochi to be ready! Enough time has already passed, the girl went to the counter, I clarified when they would be ready, to which I received an answer: oh, and we let them go(given away, sold). What do you mean?? We paid for 2 of the reserved ones, and 4 of our Mochi were simply given to other people. The man did not apologize, did not describe the situation in any way, why it happened. You have visitors sitting and waiting for your order for so long, and you didn't even bother to come up and say that you gave them away, apologize and somehow fix this situation so as not to spoil the impression of yourself.
The place is quite far from our house, another person came from another city to you. This is not the first situation with such service. It was extremely ugly and no customer orientation! Alas, now there is no desire to visit this place, your mochi is very tasty, but because of this attitude towards customers, I do not want to recommend you at all, so that people simply do not travel so far and do not spoil their mood in anticipation of something delicious. Those who created this place, Anna and her husband, I think this situation will also be unpleasant.
The face of the institution is the owner, whose institution, like his inner world, is addressed to everyone. A person who has discovered a completely unusual hobby, enthusiastically and lovingly tells, if suddenly a new Mochi trend catches him by surprise) that you need to eat dessert with your hands (the restroom is within walking distance), gradually biting off the most delicate creation with a filling of fresh berries and a slightly viscous shell of rice flour, tasting with passion, like French kiss-it is for such educational and experimental purposes that Mochi was created, according to the owner)))
As a result, Mochi in the freshest execution, an excellent presentation of an unusual compact institution and an absolutely positively charged host awaits all those who suffer)) Prosperity to you in all directions!
I deliberately searched for a place in the city of M. to eat mochi and, having found it, I did not regret that I traveled so far from my place of residence. Really girly- instagrammed interior with the tastiest pies. The pastry chef who made them came out to tell an introductory how to properly prepare taste buds and external tactility for eating this type of product. It was free on Saturday evening, the cafe was not crowded.
The coffee shop is super, the coffee is delicious, the only request is to put an urn on the street so that you can throw away a cup or a cigarette butt
A very cozy and lamp-lit cafe with a chic mochi (I discovered a new kind of dessert). The owner himself works behind the counter, therefore the atmosphere is friendly and conducive to communication.
We came in by accident, and this is the second time we've been here. Keep it up !
An incredibly pleasant place, delicious coffee and very delicate mochi. There are few such spiritual places in Minsk. It's worth coming even from the other side of the city!
We really liked it!!!! Despite the fact that we came almost to the closing, everyone was hospitable!!!!We ordered coffee and smoothies for the child. The chocolate is delicious handmade.
