Great hotel

Advantages of the hotel:
- the location couldn't be more central: the old town and the sights are nearby;
- availability of private parking;
- friendly reception staff;
- very good restaurant on site and lots of places around;
- the room has everything you need: a desk, a large bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, safe, dining table, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, cutlery, shower gel, shampoo in the bathroom;
Cons of the hotel:
- it is noisy both from the street and from the inside, you can hear everything that happens on the floor;
- the rooms are tired in places: stains on the carpet, cracks on the glass coverings, mold in the shower;
- slow Internet connection;
- due to the many entrances and offices on the 2nd floor, there is no feeling of a quiet rest, because anyone can enter the building, bypassing the reception and the main entrance;
- the breakfast was not impressive. It seems that there is a standard set in the form of eggs, sausages, pancakes, sliced cheese, vegetables, meat, cottage cheese, desserts, juices, fruits, tea and coffee, but everything tastes pale. The coffee is so disgusting.
For 1-2 nights, business trips are a good option.

everything is great. as a staff, the convenience of check-in and check-out. The room is great. city center and private parking. it would be even more convenient if there were 1 or 2 places to charge cars in the parking lot. this is not a minus, I understand that there is a lot of bureaucracy and questions about the allocation of workload, but to study for the future, why not. The buffet reminded me of a simplified version of such a service at Radisson Blu Sobieski in Warsaw, but that doesn't mean I didn't like it, everything is just fine. The interior of the hotel and the rooms speak of thoughtfulness and style. We liked it!!!! we think that once again arriving in Grodno, if rooms are available, we will definitely stay here.

We stayed in Grodno in September 2024 in this hotel for 3 nights. It is located in the historical center of the city. The main attractions are within walking distance. There is parking for a car, you do not need to book in advance. The room is cozy, cleaning every day. We were not interested in the view from the window, there was a courtyard and a wall. Breakfast: buffet (very hearty and delicious). The staff is friendly, always greeted with a smile. It's nice to be back during the day. If we are still in Grodno, then the choice of a hotel is obvious.

We were in Grodno for the first time. And we were not 100% wrong with the choice of the hotel. Excellent clean and comfortable rooms. A very tasty and varied breakfast that will save time searching for a place to go. In the evening, the restaurant will also help with a place to spend time. The excellent location of the hotel from which you can quickly get to any point in the center in a short time.
Someone may be scared by the price, but believe me it's worth it.

A luxury hotel. We had a great room, the hotel is located in the very center of the city. Nearby is the Catholic Church of St. Francis. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfasts in the beautiful Muravyov restaurant. We enjoyed everything very much, we are glad that we visited Grodno for Christmas, we would like to come here again.

We were on New Year's holidays, we took a room from what we had... and there wasn't much choice.
Advantages:
The location of the hotel, the very center of the city, the historical building.
Room size, separate bedroom.
That's probably where the advantages ended.
Now about the cons:
The complete lack of comfort in the room, the strange arrangement of furniture (kitchen, strange curtain at the entrance), a very small shower in which water constantly gets on the floor.
The location of the hotel opposite the prison is such a story.
There is no lobby in the hotel.
2 buildings, a passage between them along a cold corridor, and the strange location of the reception is connected with this.
There were 3 paintings in the lobby that surprised me: 1. portrait of the merchant Muravyov, 2. painting of the building, 3. portrait of the current owner, who put himself on the same level as a historical figure, it is a little unpleasant from such self-esteem, the question arises: "is he so good at business or is the tax service of Grodno not working out".
The price, I think, was high for Grodno, but I'll make allowances for the New Year's rush.
There were also a couple of minor "moments" during the stay that the staff corrected and made our stay more comfortable. Next time we will stay at a different hotel, especially since there is something to see in the city.

Great hotel! The rooms are cozy, good bed linen, a good mattress and pillows. If you choose a room wisely, you can get a beautiful view from the window to the main square, and not like our brick wall. Breakfast is delicious, not a large selection of dishes , but everything is delicious, fresh and actually everything you need is there.
The location is also great, there are walking streets nearby!

I love hotels with unusual designs. The Semashko Hotel is exactly like that. The room is designed so conveniently, and so competently divided into zones.that you feel like you're in an expensive apartment. It is very well located, from the window of our room we could see St. Xavier's Cathedral. There are many cafes and bars in front of the hotel, very beautiful architecture, it is clear that they take care of the reconstruction of ancient buildings. And as always, the staff is on top, such friendly staff!

This is an incredible experience!
The hotel has exceeded all our expectations!
Lobby, reception, bar, sounds, smells, cleanliness...
wonderful staff.
The location is at an altitude.
Cleanliness in the room, excellent microclimate.
A separate bow for the most comfortable bed and a bunch of pillows.
Definitely, the next visit is only for you!
I liked the painted elevator shafts!
The restaurant was not impressed. Expensive-bohato for the usual set of products and incompatible components.
The girls are very nice, efficient, but for this money they would have had dinner twice more familiar and tasty.
The breakfasts are not bad. But I don't understand why they are praised so much. There is probably nothing to compare this buffet with.

Excellent location, good rooms, prices are more affordable than in the most pretentious department of the city. For Grodno, an above-average hotel will allow you to get quality accommodation. There is also a restaurant on site. It can be a bit noisy with children until 23:00-24:00, as weddings and corporate parties can be celebrated.

I stayed at this hotel from October 25th to 28th. It's a great place. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, a wonderful location. All the sights are nearby. A wonderful restaurant on the 1st floor in a historic building. The buffet breakfasts were excellent. I definitely recommend this place.

a great hotel, both in terms of location and room size (there is everything, even a mini kitchen with dishes and a stove and a built-in oven /microwave, :) the pizza is mentally warmed up... except that I had to go for toothpaste, but any whim is within walking distance). I really liked the breakfast, we had a great dinner there in the evening at the Maraviev restaurant, they cook perfectly!

In general, it is normal. The view of the square is beautiful. The room was clean. Not particularly tired. There was breakfast. The food was hearty, but without exclusives: omelette, sausages, salads, coffee. But the entrance and parking can be passed right away. It is not too obvious to those who are new to it. The conditional disadvantage can be attributed to the lack of guest accounts on TVs.

The hotel is located in the very center near Farna, a historical pharmacy and its own highlight - the prison. There is a pedestrian street with cafes and restaurants and cozy courtyards nearby.
Parking is available at the hotel. The building itself has historical value. Thank you Grodno for a great vacation!

Given the small number of hotels in Grodno and the lack of breadth of choice, this place can be recommended as a good option. The hotel is located in the historical center, within walking distance of the main attractions. The interior space is concise, but decent. It is beautiful, clean, with a light flair of the Art Nouveau style of the beginning of the last century. The room stock is small. Rooms with normal windows and city views must be booked in advance. In our room, I was depressed by the attic windows under the ceiling with access to the courtyards on the old roofs. On the one hand, it's even atmospheric, but in fact a window pane under the ceiling instead of a full-fledged window steals all the comfort of the room and causes discomfort. Probably, alterations in an old building are impossible. But it could have been better played out internally. The hotel has a very good Ant restaurant with delicious food, generous serving. They do not save on the number of dishes on the plate. For some reason, the room was cleaned only in the bathroom. And another of the disadvantages on the hotel's website is the photos of the rooms and their equipment do not correspond to the actual condition. That is, on the website there are photos of rooms of a higher category than those that are booked. It's also an unpleasant moment: you expect one thing, you get a little different. Otherwise, there are no complaints about the hotel. It's a pleasant place in every way.

Very nice hotel in the city center, clean, quiet, friendly staff. Our 312 room is spacious and clean. Cleaning is carried out every day, while changing all towels and replenishing the supply of bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar. There is a kettle and cups. It is a pity that there is only one chair, the second person has to sit on the bed with his tea. At least a folding stool would be nice. You can store it in a spacious bathroom. Everything else is on the level. A decent breakfast. And when we left, at about 5.30 am, we were not only provided with lunch packages, but also prepared coffee in the vending machine for the trip. A wonderful hotel! We had a vacation in August 2024 in deluxe. The room is beautiful, stunning views of Sovetskaya Square and the Church of Francis Xavier, all the sights are within walking distance. The sound insulation is excellent, the elevator, the room has a nice balcony. The hotel is in the very center, all the sights are at hand. The room was cozy, spacious, comfortable bathroom, air conditioning is well located (and cools well, and does not blow directly on the bed or in the back when sitting at the table). It was possible to connect a laptop to the TV via hdmi and conveniently watch a movie. The breakfasts are not very fancy, but very good. The food at the restaurant is wonderful, but it is very popular for weddings, so there is always a chance that you will not be able to have dinner there.

Great place! The hotel is very atmospheric, in a historic building, the rooms are large, pleasant interior, attention to detail, there is everything you need, very attentive staff! Excellent breakfast and, most importantly, very comfortable beds and white linens, of good quality! There is its own Parking, the very center (there is nowhere more central :)) all attractions are within walking distance. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Behind the hotel (you can exit through the courtyard) is the main pedestrian street. Wonderful impressions. It's expensive, but it's worth it. We recommend it!

A cozy and comfortable hotel in a historic building with an excellent location in the city center. Nearby there is a Basilica, a pedestrian zone with cafes, shops, you can walk perfectly.
The hotel itself is clean and fresh. Excellent renovation in the rooms, a large bathroom with a window, good sound insulation in the hotel, quiet enough. The room has everything you need. And if suddenly there is something missing, then the friendly staff is ready to fulfill your requests very quickly.
I would like to note separately tomorrow's buffet type: very tasty, an excellent range of dishes, both hot and appetizers, desserts (if an omelette is served on the table, you can additionally ask the cook for fried eggs or any egg dish you wish), delicious coffee, cozy, clean and comfortable.
There is parking, but it is small, although I did not stay without a place.

I liked the hotel. An old building in the very center! The room has a kettle, refrigerator, safe, excellent breakfasts, varied selection, delicious food. There is porridge, you could put less sugar in it anyway!! on request, eggs are fried, the omelet in the tray is tasteless, there is a coffee machine, the coffee is medium, but you can drink it. The bed is comfortable, the linen is good, but with a TV it is difficult to watch it in TV mode, you need a tambourine and dancing. Immediately call a trained person. And so everything is super! Everything is great. The service, the service is beyond praise. Great Hotel. In the center, which is convenient. Nice rooms, nice interior. It can be seen that everything has been done to the highest standard. The breakfast is delicious and varied. It would be nice to add a coffee machine. The exit from the Kitchen to the restaurant is a little hindered and vice versa, guests interfere with the staff., but apparently this is due to the fact that the building is historical and there is no other way to make a restaurant hall. I will also recommend that the owner remove the sign with information about the entrance at 00-06 (or make it smaller)., it disorients people to go to the square instead of the second entrance., I have observed this a couple of times. Overall, a great place, if the budget allows. It's beautifully decorated for the New Year. I recommend it!

The room was a suite with two bedrooms, a huge living room, a dressing room,. Everything is great. It is very convenient to move around the city, there are many buses, trams, taxis are inexpensive.. of the disadvantages I would like to mention the bed 😐 we rented a junior suite and instead of a double bed we had two single beds attached to each other, i.e. there was a hole in the middle. after sorting it out, I realized that I could indicate a wish for a good double bed (I did not do this), but again, there is a clarification that this wish is not necessarily fulfilled (for example, if there are no free good beds, then it will be what it is)... it seems to me that you can make a fuss with the beds in such a hotel 🙃 well, there was also a funny thing - our hair dryer exploded 🫣 no one was injured if anything))) the hair dryer was obviously old, I think it's also worth checking it in advance and changing the old technique

One of the most expensive hotels in the very center. In general, it is not bad, but there are too many minor disadvantages. Therefore, the score is 4.
There is one chair in the double room (even if you want to drink tea in the evening, the second person will probably be sitting on the floor). There is one towel hook in the bathroom and one shelf in the shower (in fact, the bathroom is also not designed for a second guest). The shower cabin is large, but the rain shower head has not been cleaned for a very long time (we noticed this on the last evening and told the administrator in the morning) I hope the next guests will be able to use it.
Towels were changed every day and an iron was provided upon request. This is certainly good. There is a safe and air conditioning.
The breakfasts are quite modest, but in general there was a lot to choose from. The coffee was very bitter.

Please hang an announcement near the only cooler on the 4th floor that water is not intended for guests of the most expensive and high-status hotel in Grodno. After returning from a 4-hour excursion in 30 degree heat, I was refused a plastic cup
of cold water. However, they did not do it head-on, but using a trick - the button broke. (In front of me, people poured water without any problems, I know that for sure). Of course, it's not a problem to walk, but the rooms. It is not a problem to buy water (unless you first count on the most expensive and high-status hotel in the city, for which guests pay no more than 3 kopecks). But the fact itself is unpleasant. Especially in contrast to the scene in one of the cafes nearby, which we observed on the day of arrival. A woman came in from the street, asked to let the child go to the toilet, the girl took the boy by the hand, poured her mother a large glass of water at her request and refused to take payment for it. Coolers with water, especially in the heat, are not a privilege, but the norm for museums, medical centers, and hotels...A plastic cup with water from a cooler in the most expensive and high-status hotel in the city turned out to be a luxury for me. We stayed at this hotel from April 26, 2024 - April 28, 2024. Apart-Hotel Semashko - In one word, "Delight".
The apart-Hotel is located on the central square, the entrance to the hotel is from 4 sides, which is very convenient. There is a cafe nearby, an old pedestrian street, a bookstore nearby and many other interesting things.
The friendly staff greets you at the reception and tells you everything in detail. We lived in a Deluxe room - huge, chic, with a balcony and an incredible view of the square, and with panoramic windows. The bed is large and comfortable. Every day, we updated personal water in a bottle of bon Aqua, toiletries (gel, hair cap, shampoo, cotton swabs), slippers.
I can't say about the other rooms, the Deluxe had bathrobes, soft and pleasant to the body. There was also a kettle, two cups, and tea in the room. There are lamps near the bed. The room has a TV (never turned on), a sofa, two armchairs, a mirror, a table, a wardrobe with 4 hangers, an ironing board (if you need an iron, you can ask at the reception and give it).
Breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant downstairs. The hotel staff monitors the replenishment of all dishes and does not allow empty plates. The dishes changed every day and everything was delicious, especially the pancakes with chicken, orange cake 🤤
Upon check-out, you can leave your belongings in the luggage room for free and enjoy the city for the last time.
At the end of the review, I would like to thank all the staff of the Semashko Apart Hotel for a wonderful rest, professionalism in their work!
