I don't know about the arena, but the game room there is one of the best in the city in terms of price / quality ratio. For mini-football, just perfect. Spacious, the out lines do not rest against the walls, there is enough space for corner ones. Parquet made of wide boards, not slippery. Wide windows give enough light, if not enough - there is good artificial lighting. The hall is air-conditioned, the temperature is always comfortable. Comfortable changing rooms with individual lockers. Big shower.

The friendly staff of the complex. A very well-equipped gym. Low cost of services. They always keep it clean. The only disadvantages are a locker room at a considerable distance from the gym and outdated showers in the locker room. In general, there are always good impressions from the complex.

We were in the sauna, which was creamed. A spacious room with a swimming pool and steam rooms, there are two changing rooms and a relaxation room. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and showers. A great place to just be alone or relax with the company.
Of the disadvantages, there are no towels, but a hairdryer is provided at the reception.

A great stadium, though I haven't had a chance to run, because for the second year I go to the Athlete's sauna with the company, and after that some kind of running! A sauna complex with saunas, a great big one, not some kind of font! swimming pool, spacious relaxation room, sun beds. A wonderful place of relaxation!

The sessions run for 60 minutes. In general, everything is comfortable and cozy. There is a water cooler, horizontal bars, Swedish walls, a certain amount of athletic equipment. It doesn't look new, but it's neat. In the locker rooms there are turnkey lockers, shower, toilet.

An inconvenient system of operation of the pool and sauna - I would like to have general access, with a division into women's and men's days, for example, as in the FOK "Serebryanka", there is only one option - if you rent for a company by the hour. Another small disadvantage is that despite the recent renovation, faucets in the showers work well through the stall.

The review is only about the football hall. If they wiped the parquet from dust, did some kind of wet cleaning, it would be wonderful. And so the dust on the parquet, like at home, is slippery, that you can break your legs.

I have been going to the arena for the 4th year, as for an amateur athlete everything is there, the arena has changing rooms, a shower, I know there is a gym and a hall for football / volleyball, but I do not go there there is no need. The staff is friendly, you already know everyone by sight. I visit the arena in the morning, there are very few people in the morning and it is a pleasure to do running work.
