27.11 Denis, the driver, notified me of his arrival at the document delivery address only after he was already on the spot with the words "Get out faster, I've arrived"
I was not at the place of delivery at that time (because no one warned me in advance that they were coming to me).
The driver, realizing that I was not in place, replied to me that now I need to catch him myself along his route.
So be it, I have come to terms with this attitude of this "courier" to my clients. I called and arranged where to drive up to pick up my documents. I drove half the city to the designated place and had to wait for the courier to arrive there.
When I received the documents, the driver did not even check who I was at all and to whom he was handing the documents. They didn't even require any signature for the fact that I actually received something. That is, any outsider could have taken the documents
And for this entire delivery, I also paid 26 rubles out of my pocket. Yes, such a delivery is not worth a damn for such an attitude
The worst service in existence. I had no choice because the store only cooperates with them (I sincerely do not understand why). They do not meet the client at all, like the celestials. I applied on the day of delivery for a change of address to another (neighboring) area, so as not to postpone it to another date. The order is very important, due to circumstances I was forced to change the address.
By the way, I am the only client who made this request and knocked on all the doors to all the contacts as early as possible. I also raised the sender's ears so that they would send the letter themselves and somehow influence the situation.
I had to BEG all the operators, write letters through the form of the site "comments and suggestions" and so on.
in response, either scripts or "we will transmit and CONSIDER your request and respond in 2 hours." They did not allow me to personally communicate with the courier in a human way. In general, I spent an HOUR of calls trying to get the information sent to the forwarder.
And then the answer comes 2 hours later: "unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address. We have distributed the route and your delivery to this address will cause a delay. If you can't be at the first address, then you can go to the driver somewhere in the city."
This is despite the fact that I reported the address just at the time of route allocation. But these are such principled couriers that they didn't want to. I wonder if rush hours, accidents, traffic jams - it takes less time than stopping at the only additional passing address? Haven't you heard about customer orientation?
I will do my best to avoid cooperation in the future and I do not advise others.
