I liked the gym. I immediately bought a subscription for a month "to try." I'll take it for a year right now. The gym has everything you need for classes: modern exercise equipment, free weights area, cardio zone. The staff is friendly. I walk during the day, there are not very many people. The women's locker room was also pleased with the presence of wet wipes, flaps, hair bands. There is a hair dryer and scales. It is clear that the owners care about the comfort of visitors.
I went to this hall back when there was a "Gold gym", I'll probably stop, a terrible girl at the reception who "solves issues perfectly", and starts a dialogue with aggression, thereby creating it (P's. this is not a market, you can't communicate like that), when I was 2 minutes late for the first time, they immediately began pre-announcements, to a place of normal dialogue, when it was possible to adequately convey information and not bite and present, plus immediately cut off the subscription, with this action what she wanted to achieve, my aggression, well, OK, she achieved (ok, said nothing, left, wrote on Instagram to convey that this is an abnormal dialogue in in the service sector), the second time I went out at 23:01..1 minute, the conflict repeats, it's 1 minute, 3 people came out in front of me 40-30 seconds earlier, but she decided to speak out only to me.
It's not her who should be proud that my subscription was frozen when I broke my arm (P's. this is generally sound practice in such a situation for such a business).
I don't understand how a person who stands at the reception can say this to a client, not knowing what happened, etc.
I think the issue with the subscription was not decided by her, so that she could present this to me.
