I bought the original Silhouette frame for almost $ 300. I inserted lenses for 150. The frame burst after 2.5 months just when taking the glasses. Very friendly Promised to replace it under warranty. Almost a year has passed, and for some unknown reason, the replacement was difficult. As an alternative, they offered a replacement for a similar frame from the same manufacturer, which was done. Everyone was satisfied with the compromise solution, the issue has been resolved, I boldly recommend the company to everyone.
