I'll start with the cons: there's not enough space, starting from the locker rooms and ending with the rest rooms. There are a lot of people, a crowd, you can't sit down. There are small tables in the recreation rooms, behind them the men are eating fish with beer, there is a corresponding smell. There is a small font inside, but as a rule the water is dirty, there is a peeling with fish next to it, but the water is cloudy, it's a miracle that they are alive there.
Pros: obviously it's steam, the steam here is the coolest, a wood-fired sauna. There is also a frame pool on the street on the territory of the bathhouse and in winter it is used as a font, which is very useful.

The steam rooms, the shower rooms, the font are all very clean and tidy!

But the sign says that this is LLC "I don't remember the name." I thought that public baths serve housing and communal services.

I visited on 10/29/22, I am very glad to see a public bath in Borovlyany because I moved here in 2022 and at first I was upset that there was no public bath in Borovlyany, but here it appeared in October 2022! The bathhouse is small, but good. Everything is neat, modern and convenient. It is clear that the organizers tried to make it comfortable and pleasant for people, despite the budget cost for Minsk. The receptionist is polite and friendly. Learning that someone has come for the first time, he conducts a tour and shows everything. My only suggestion is that instead of 2 Russian steam rooms with a broom, it is better to make one of them a dry sauna. Everything else is fine. From the room that was, you just can't do better. I thank the founders for the new Borovlyanskaya bathhouse! 👍

I had to stand in line, to the steam room, to the shower, and even to the locker room to go out. I'm not even talking about the font. The sauna is great, everything is super, but it is not designed for such a number of visitors. It is up to the management to decide, of course, but a person in a bath needs to rest, preferably in silence, and not be in a hurry.

Two Russians, the men said that one was softer and the other was hotter - I didn't feel the difference.
The steam is excellent, the cast-iron stoves are gorgeous, the window opens in the steam room, you can lower the temperature by opening the door and window, check and steam it with steam from the stones, pouring water into the heater
The font is filtered and despite the presence of floating leaves, the water seems clean, and the kaif from immersion is real

Everything is great! For visits with children, it is much better than the Lebyazhy SPA, it is a pity that families will not work - there is no second separate locker room. I was surprised that, as everywhere, there are no signs about sneakers in the steam room - the floor and air are very hot and plastic / rubber is not the best aromatic additive...Apparently, I just haven't gotten around to it yet. And so - super, well done, guys! We recommend it to everyone!

I was here for the first time today. I liked it - great steam, neat steam rooms, beautiful decoration, cleanliness and comfort in the rooms of the apartment. (closers should only be put on the doors, otherwise most people forget to close the doors behind them :)). There is even a possibility to go out into the courtyard to breathe / smoke in the fresh air.
One fear is that they will hear about this bathhouse, they will try it, they will have to stand in line next time :)

I went to the bathhouse N21 in Bloovlany today.
Overall very good.
Advantages compared to Machulishchami:
- there are few people, there are no queues to the steam room from here;
- two steam rooms, in one the temperature was 90, in the other 110 (the overflow is obvious);
- windows in steam rooms;
- a pool with a temperature higher than in the machulishchi and a jet massage at the bottom of the pool;
- two rest rooms with TVs and teas;
- fresh renovation and finishing is incomparably better;
- the bath attendant constantly monitors the temperature and maintains order in the steam room;
- Friday is men's day (relevant for me).
Minuses:
- the steam room should be prepared to normal conditions (where 110 degrees is not something to lie down, it is impossible to sit there. The tree heats up so much through the litter that it is impossible);
- a small dressing room;
- there is not much place to lie down after the steam room;
- the pressure in the shower is small;
- the price is 17 rubles.
All the dryers from Machulishch need to be taken to Borovlyany to see what the real temperature is at 110 in the steam room 😊
