Parking is difficult, after all, the center and free places are bad.
What is absolutely unacceptable is that there is no toilet of its own, there is a common toilet of the business center, which closes at 20.00 and it is unclear where to run after that time...I do not know how much this meets the requirements for catering in Kazakhstan.

The waiters were slow, and we had to wait a long time for the order. The food was delicious, but this lack overshadowed the impression. We stopped by for dinner the other day. We ordered a couple of hot dishes and salads, tea. Pike perch fish and chips are delicious. The food is fine. They asked for the bill, but for some reason it was not carried for 15 minutes. I went to the cashier to pay, said the table number, but even then our order was not immediately found. He said that we ordered and soon found the order. Paid. On the way, I already noticed that instead of 1 tortilla in the receipt, they counted 2, it's unclear how they messed up with the calculation.

I didn't like the last visit at all. The soup was brought cold, they asked to warm it up. The okroshka was not tasty, in lumps. The meat in the fried mantas was tough and dry. The service leaves much to be desired, the waitress was unfriendly, for some reason she left garbage from someone else's table on ours. It's a pity, it used to be better and tastier. They left 10,000 tenge and did not understand why.

Еда как во всех Базиликах, обычно нравится, тут еще (субъективно) меню больше чем в других, обслуживают быстро, интерьер приятный - всегда светло, как днем так и вечером, столы чистые, пробовали как европейскую так и азиатскую кухни, и те и те блюда удачные, разные лагманы, и разные виды плова, супы, шашлыки, все было удачно, не разу не пересолили и не переперчили

Еда понравилась, сытная, популярные блюда в меню. Обслуживание через официантов. Если не ожидать уровня ресторана и просто зайти сытно поесть - 5 баллов.
Дизайн нейтральный, было комфортно находится, кондиционер работал.

Учусь неподалеку и временами забегаю в это кафе. Цены для этого района достаточно приятные, вкус еды тоже (советую курицу с грибами!!), а вот обслуживание не совсем. В большинстве случаев приходится по 10-15 минут ждать пока тебя не заметит официант, либо он вовсе не заметит и ты заказываешь через специальные штрихкоды, что определённо - плюс. В остальном всё неплохо, залы очень просторные, дизайн и интерьер не выкалывают глаза.

Вкусная еда. Персонал хороший. Мне нравится что на столиках есть qr-код по которому можно онлайн заказать выбранные блюда и сразу оплатить, в указанное время официант принесёт на ваш столик заказ, очень удобно, особенно в час-пик, когда полный зал и официанты физически не успевают. Интерьер интересный, атмосфера приятная. Чистота в норме. Единственное не удобно с уборной, всегда закрытая и надо ходить в уборную бц рядом с магнум.

Мне было жутко стыдно перед моей подругой из Кореи. Она хотела попробовать что-нибудь из казахского блюда, поэтому так как я часто бываю в базилике и там большой выбор, решил пригласить ее туда и угостить нарыном. Нарын во первых принесли холодный, во вторых он не просто был безвкусный, он явно начал протухать, и подруга ела его из вежливости, считая, что это специфический вкус. Хотя в конце честно сказала, что ей не понравилось. Я не понял почему, решил попробовать то, что она не доела, и я просто опешил, потому что во рту у меня ощущалось протухшее, холодное блюдо!! Я был дико расстроен!! Ладно если бы это мне попалось в другой день, но мне было ужасно стыдно перед иностранкой!!
