Katya is a master of her craft, and her attention to detail and the quality of her work amazed me. She also offered great hair care tips. I am immensely pleased with the result and will definitely return to it next time. I highly recommend it!

The location of the salon is really convenient, the masters are diligent ladies and girls, but there are nuances, namely:
1. The master's workplace is not ergonomic, which leads to overstrain during work and inconvenience to both the master and the client.
2. The blade of the tool is blunt, accordingly, they are not timely sharpened as expected, because such a nuance as frequent sterilization greatly spoils the sharpness of the blade blade.
3. For the entire range of craftsmen: creams, nail polish remover, in short, consumables in single quantities. This is crazy! The masters spend time trying to take something from each other... When everything should be purchased for every master at hand!
4. The master's uniform is a "song", white trousers are great, but hey, why black T-shirts?The poor craftsmen are sitting in them, covered with dispersed dust from nail cuts, as if they had just come out of amber, unloading bags of flour. It gives a feeling of dirt and untidiness.
5. Dear studio head, when you chose the steps on which the client climbs onto the sofa for a pedicure, did you expect that the main contingent of clients would be midgets or children? ))) These are traumatic steps!
6. What about the technical staff? The entire nail file settles on the windowsill, which serves as a pouf, which is also black. The girls of the master free the work surface from dirt by brushing it onto the floor, which must be cleaned somehow often.
P.S. Dear admins of the studio, the head / owner, I really wish that your salon would only become better and more comfortable, you should not be greedy for consumables, comfort and safety of your customers. Invest in the database, and do not skimp on it, please!!! All the best to you and development!

As a result, the master just touched the nail file, without improving the shape or changing the length. At the repeated request, I paid more attention to the index. I approved the length and shape. I just touched the rest of the nails with a nail file again. The nails turned out to be of different lengths. The index finger is shorter and softer, and the others are longer and sharper. After paying 25 rubles, you need to file at home to the same length and shape. Unpleasant.

I have been going to the beauty base for several years, everything has always been fine, but yesterday I got to the manicure master Juliana. To say that I was shocked is not to say anything ... Not only did she take off too much length for me when removing the previous coating, that then I had to build up the nail (they also took money for the build-up for the master's fault), but also at the end, when she was making sawdust, she sawed off the entire color of the gel from the ends of the nails and now there are bald spots. To be honest, I've never seen anything like this! Well, about the time, she did her manicure for a sooo long time. Although I only had a removal and a plain coating with reinforcement, well, it was the fault of the master to build up one nail. And in terms of time, it took more than 2 hours ...., although usually all the masters do the same work in an hour and a half maximum.
I no longer had the strength or time to somehow figure out everything on the spot and fix the flaws (because it would have to do a new manicure again), but I was in a hurry.
This has never happened before, I wrote a good review to another master, but Juliana forced me to write a negative.
I do not rate the salon, but the master.
