Great location. All the sights are nearby. Friendly staff. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need. Quite normal beds with clean linen, bedside tables, table, TV, refrigerator. By the way, there are enough hangers in the closet! Maybe we were lucky, but we couldn't hear the neighbors.
The disadvantages include a shower stall with a curtain - it is not very convenient. But there was always hot water.
The pool did not work during our stay, but we were warned about this in advance.
The breakfasts are delicious, the dishes are replenished quickly. But it is necessary to adjust the time, because excursions start at 8 and 9 in the morning and sometimes there are queues, or it is difficult to find a free table.
There is a panoramic restaurant on the 22nd floor. Delicious, beautiful, reasonable prices.
I recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is located in the center, next to the historical center, shopping center, chic park. There is also a bar, a restaurant, a cafe, a pharmacy and a shop with souvenirs and groceries, by the way, the prices for groceries and alcohol are the same as in the supermarket. There are 6 elevators, but sometimes it is difficult to get into them because of "traffic jams". The rooms are small in size, but everything is clean. The windows open only at an angle, which, in the absence of air conditioning in some rooms, forces the door to be slightly opened for ventilation. The room has a refrigerator, TV and hairdryer, slippers, shower and hand gel, extra. There is no blanket, kettle or iron. There is a cooler on the floor where you can get water. Breakfast is a separate story: the food is delicious, quite varied, I really liked it, BUT... The queue is 50m to the elevators due to the fact that the vacationers themselves, instead of going in and taking a table, and then calmly coming up and picking up food, form a queue along the distribution tables from the entrance, respectively, there are slow comrades who do not know what to choose.. At the same time, unfortunately, the administration is not doing anything to fix this. I understand that this influx of tourists is due to the fact that 5-6 buses depart at once for excursions at the same time and all meet for breakfast, but there are many ways to avoid such traffic jams. This includes the arrangement of distribution tables and administration, tourists also need to be taught, we ourselves are kind of stupid. Overall, I liked it, despite some shortcomings, the impression of Belarus and the advantages of the hotel created an overall positive feeling from visiting this hotel!

The hotel, in general, is not bad. Unobtrusive staff, clean, cozy. We had a double room - it was a little cramped for 2 adults and a small child (if you spread out an extra place (armchair-bed)), then there was nowhere to step. Daily room cleaning, change of towels, cooler on the floor, small refrigerator is present.
Of the cons:
1. The lack of air conditioning in the room is a real problem. At 27 degrees in the afternoon, suffocate. It's also a pleasure to sleep at night…
2. The hair dryers are very weak - neither dry nor fit. We tried it once and didn't try again. 🫣
3. We chose a hotel with a swimming pool. As a result, they broke off abruptly with him. It turned out that the pool was not working from July 1 to July 31. So when booking, be sure to check whether the pool will be open on your arrival dates.

The view from the window is wonderful, but I would like to complain about your soap and shower gel, I understand everything, but our group of 78 people, about 25-30 who used these gels, got a rash, including me. Please note that in room 908, brown water (hot) is flowing from the tap, and everything is fine and the location is excellent, I will be glad to come again!

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024 and booked a family room. The room is ideal in terms of location, equipment, number of rooms, it was very comfortable to live, the beds were excellent, the renovation was bright, the room was quite clean (garbage forgotten by past residents was still found under the beds and in the cabinets), but overall not bad. Of the disadvantages: the water did not leave the shower, it floated up with the garbage. We had a crying breakfast, there is a high chair for small children in the dining room (one for the whole hall, we were lucky, by our breakfast the previous user of the high chair had already finished eating), very varied and delicious food, there is just everything. Very nice hotel, conveniently located. All the main sights of Minsk are close. The room has everything you need to relax, clean, comfortable! The breakfasts were a super choice for every taste. Sometimes we got into a big load of the dining room at breakfast, but the staff coped with it very quickly.
The hotel building has 2 restaurants, a swimming pool, parking, a pharmacy, a grocery store, and an ATM.
All the staff are very polite and hospitable, next time we will only be here and recommend this hotel!

A great hotel for tourists!
The rooms are rated at 4 and 5 stars. I had a single room on the 20th floor, the view of the city is amazing! The room has a wonderful renovation, a new clean bathroom, a bed and a small sofa, a large TV works perfectly. If they had removed the unnecessary old dirty carpet in the middle of the room, then 5 stars without comments. Room cleaning without fanaticism. But if you put up a sign to clean the room, they will clean it. Very nice girls at the reception.

Great food for breakfast! There are so many of them in the dining room that they are 5 stars again! Like in Turkey! There are 4 coffee machines, a huge table with pastries, fruits, juices, hot chicken, cutlets, amazing fried potatoes, omelets, sliced and much more. Unfortunately, tourists 50+ are queuing up at the entrance for some reason. Go around this queue, give your number to the receptionist, take a table, grab a coffee and go for food from the other side. The food is amazing! It's different every day. The service in the dining room is excellent!
As for the rooms, the windows do not open, as there are many floors. Unfortunately, not all rooms have air conditioning. This is relevant in the summer. I had air conditioning and I had a great rest.
The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful park, near the river, in the evening and in the morning everyone walks there. The hotel is located in the center of Minsk. It takes 5 minutes to get to the center by taxi. Or walk through the park, take a bus and through 2 stops to the very center. Or just walk through the park, then along the embankment for 20 minutes to the center with Cathedral square.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the ground floor according to the buffet system, very varied. It's just not realistic to try anything. There are coffee machines. Since a large number of tour groups stop at the hotel, which depart at the same time, queues for food are periodically formed. The room is not big, but it is comfortable enough. There is everything you need except air conditioning. In the heat, when it was over 30 degrees outside, it was stuffy to sleep. And another disadvantage is the light in the corridor, which was turned on at night from the motion sensor. Otherwise, I liked everything, the staff is polite and helpful, I would love to stay here again.

There is a magnificent observation deck on the roof of the building, you can visit it for an additional fee - take a separate elevator with glass walls every 30 minutes, pay at the reception. A super hotel. Prices are relatively low with good service. The view from the window is amazing - the whole center of Minsk is at a glance. We lived on the 17th floor, it was great.
The hotel has a swimming pool, where you can swim for free for an hour a day. It's really cool to go warm up in the morning before breakfast.
There is a cafe, but we were not there, we took a room without breakfast. We ate in a cafe nearby.
The room itself is clean, well maintained, the bathroom is normal, there is a mini fridge. There is a cooler on the floor.

The location of the hotel is ideal for me, there is a park around the hotel, silence, birds are singing, flowers are planted, lime trees bloomed, the smell is wonderful. The bus stop is 10 minutes on foot. The metro is 25 minutes on foot. In summer, it's the best.

There is a restaurant on the top floor of the hotel. We had dinner there on the day of arrival. The menu is varied. The portions are large and delicious. But it's a little expensive.
There was another restaurant on the ground floor - there were breakfasts. Buffet: sausage, cheese, cottage cheese (crumbly and soft), porridges of 3-4 types daily, boiled eggs, omelette, fried eggs, sausages, pancakes with fillings. Juice, milk, kefir. Bakery products. Tea, coffee. Breakfast was served until 10:30, but even at 10 o'clock some of the dishes were updated. There was no feeling that something was missing.
Overall, very pleasant memories from staying at this hotel. I recommend.

The location is excellent and there is 24-hour parking. We spent 4 days at the hotel. The room is cozy, clean, wifi, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. The hotel itself is large, 22 floors. Polite staff, addressed personal questions, helped to solve everything. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, a cafe where you can have breakfast and dinner. There is a wonderful restaurant on the 22nd floor, with a panoramic view of Minsk. The territory is well maintained, near the river and many parks.

The location is very convenient. And the views from the upper floors are amazing! The railway station is 12 minutes away by bus. Near the bakery, shopping center, WWII Museum is just a miracle. A good hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. Neat room, clean, quiet. The breakfast is a buffet, the menu is varied, for every taste. On the ground floor there is a relaxation area with a swimming pool and sauna. The pool is spacious, pleasant water, sauna is a complex of three separate cabins with accommodation for up to 4 people. Excellent location, in the center but on an island in a park in silence. The staff is polite, helped with a nice room. We went to the pool and fitness in hotels.
We went up to the roof by a panoramic elevator. We had dinner at the restaurant on the 23rd floor, there was live music. I ordered a transfer to and from the hotel on the hotel's website, everything went well.

Minuses.
We lived in a standard room with separate beds. A tiny hallway. One person with a suitcase (small) entered, the second one will not fit. The first one should go into the room. There are always long queues for breakfast from 7 to 8:30. The food on the buffet is disappearing fast. But, to be fair, the staff quickly replaces empty trays with full ones. 👍 The coffee machine is made only by Americano.
Overall, the hotel is great for its 3 stars! We will definitely come again.
