There was a good branch, there were no queues at the cash register, there was a queue for 1-2 specialists, there was a cooler with water and seating for waiting. The specialists are polite, they display currency exchange rates and prices for precious metal bars on a separate screen. Cozy, fast, professional. I was pleased with the visit.

At 10:04, I came in fourth to pick up the card, as a result, I was served after 40 minutes only, while the business cash desks stand empty. The schedule from 10 to 18 is absolutely inconvenient
