This amount is debited provided that the turnover of non-cash funds is at least 800 rubles. I planned to fulfill this condition, so I agreed to these conditions. The question arises, if I pay 800 rubles in the month of card activation, will the service money be refunded to me?

There are a lot of ATMs on the street that have been closed for a long time. There is no money in ATMs for a week, 10 days. Applications are constantly hanging, "temporarily not working". There is no management feedback from customers. They just don't give a damn about us. They live on forced salary cards.
