On the appointed day, I could not visit the branch and collect the money - the next day they gave absolutely nothing - again write an application, again + 15 days.
On February 26, after trying to make a purchase in an online store, the payment failed, there was no debit on the card, there is nothing in the statement. I paid for the purchase with a card from another bank. On May 4, the amount is debited from the card, and on May 6, it is debited again. The department explains: "when the payment failed, we blocked the money, and then returned it, and on May 4 we were able to send the payment to the online store and debited it from your card, but we debited it twice by mistake, we will refund the second amount within 60 days, and about the first, contact the online store" More than 2 months have passed, who asked you to send my money somewhere on your own??
The level of specialists is very low, they can only answer yes or no. They communicate with people not as clients, but as an opponent.
