Terrible and disgusting service. You have already retired these ancient employees! One of the 4 windows is working. The old purses respond to complaints from behind their glass partition. On December 9th, in the evening, we gathered a queue for 40 minutes (to receive a registered letter!)
Disgustingly organized work!
Belpost Management! Take action before they complain about you in the AP!
I subscribe to the newspaper. They didn't bring it. I'm trying to get through to the 4 listed phones, none of them are answering!!! Then why specify them at all?! There is some kind of connection only through the Main Post Office. It's just disgusting, the 21st century is in the yard
Belpochta, I am writing to you! I still can't understand why sending a parcel via European Post takes 3 minutes and an application is made in 2 minutes, and costs three times cheaper!?? You stand in line for half an hour every time, as in a polyclinic, and then you manually write some kind of paper stickers, which the operator then re-enters into the database again and you spend all the time! During this time, I produce 3 times more products than I manage to send with your service.
There are often long queues. To receive international parcels, you need to stand in a huge queue. There's no one to work with.
In general, the staff is friendly.
I always come every month, the operators are good, attentive, polite, patient, they try to speak loudly and clearly, competently, they know how to talk, kindly, since I am hard of hearing.
Great big mail. The queue is electronic. There are days when there are a lot of people and the wait is more than 30 minutes. But overall, everything is fine. The employees of the post office are friendly.
Good mail, but there are always a lot of people and the work is very slow. Especially when paying for communal services, there are a lot of pensioners who do not use the Internet. But you can get over it. God grant them good health.
A regular post office. Queues depend on the date and time of day. There is practically no one at lunch, you can come right away, take a ticket and solve the problem in 5 minutes. On a working day in the evening, you will have to wait a little, 15-20 minutes for sure. There are quite a few places to sit, which is very pleasing. The staff are neutral, neither friendly nor rude, just doing their job)
Spacious room, electronic queue. In the last window, you can receive a parcel on a first-come, first-served basis, if an employee is directly there. Polite staff. I witnessed how the girl in the window reacted professionally and calmly to a scandalous woman (the scandal was not related to the work of the post office). Everything is clean, clear, without unnecessary delays and conversations.
There is a terminal in the room - through which you can pay for some services.
It depends on the specialist. There is an aunt who apparently decided that her main task is to teach and give advice. How to hold a pen, how to fill out, which form to forgive. He does it importantly, slowly, with a prelude on the topic of how it is possible not to know. With a very funny, mocking look. Straight ay-ay-ay, it's not good how.
If you want to feel like a schoolboy on the carpet of a teacher, go to her)))
On behalf of my mother, V.V. Astreiko, a pensioner and a disabled person of the 2nd group, I express my gratitude to the employee of the communication department Ekaterina for her efficiency, understanding and responsiveness.
The photo does not correspond to reality! But I like our post office (Bogdanovich, 78, hundredth post office, index 220100)! Good service! I recommend it!
I come here once a month to pay for utilities for my wards.. the queue is fast, bright, and clean... friendly staff!!! You can also buy a newspaper, a magazine..
There are no complaints about the employees at all. The delivery service generally works quickly. If crowds of pensioners did not go there to pay for communal services, then it would be possible to put 5+, but these days it is better not to go in.
The impressions are ambiguous, unqualified specialists do not understand identity documents, powers of attorney confirming authority. There was a need to clarify about one-time and reusable power of attorney. They took away the original power of attorney issued by the organization for a period of 1 year, During a subsequent visit to this place they searched for the original for a long time, again demanded a power of attorney, upon presentation of an unsigned form they wanted to make a copy of it.They proved to me that the original should be kept by me, while I should bring them a copy. What is the problem with making a copy from the original remains unclear to me. The next time they visited the post office with a copy of the power of attorney, they asked for a passport, the issuance was made out according to the passport, then they realized that they needed a power of attorney. They refused to sell free EMS envelopes by sending them to the place where the organization is serviced. The reason why they refuse to implement as an individual was also not explained to me.
The impression is not the best, to be honest. The service desks are working with varying success, apparently there is a shortage of employees.
The queues are quite large, although it depends on the time, of course.
There are very unfriendly ladies among the operators, although there are good ones.
The queues are kilometers long. You run in to pick up a parcel, which would take 2 minutes, and in front of you are 15 grandmothers who are served by the same grandmothers for 3 years. I have to wait a very long time. The electronic queue does not save at all. Someone is always pushing in front of you, because "I'm older, which means respect me and let me go ahead."
On Fridays, Saturdays and days when pensions are given, there is no point in going at all. You'll be sitting for at least an hour.
The staff is very slow, they work with obvious reluctance. Of the 4 windows, it is good if 2 work. If the parcels hadn't come here, I wouldn't have come here even for money.
The worst communication department!!! Mail delivery works disgusting, first and last names are not correctly written on notifications, there is no correct sorting at addresses, this happens often!!! The operators at the post office have gone berserk!!! In a word, only one star!!!
A disgusting department. Because of one mistake in the name, the parcel was not given out and the operators also talked in raised tones.
It's just awful how long it's been since this department has been closed.
Sometimes I receive parcels at this branch, although there is another one nearby specifically for this. You have to sit in line for a long time with people who do not understand what an Internet banking terminal is. They pay for the apartment, the phone. "Messengers" are constantly present. Such a person came to the window - consider it closed for an hour. The constant consultations are endless... I mean, we need to remove the parcels from this department altogether. It takes a minute for me, and hours for those who came to chat. So let them spend their time there. There is another compartment for parcels.
One of the rare branches where there is an electronic queue and 3 windows. But each has 5 technological breaks and may not work at all, as a fly in the ointment :)

They are in no hurry to work at all. One operator works as usual. For a very long time
Drunks are always lying at the entrance. And the post office should deal with letters/ parcels, not pensions and housing and communal services! As everywhere, a thousand unhappy grandmothers, all yelling and swearing
Sometimes you have to wait in line for a very long time, only 2 windows (sometimes only one) out of 4 always work at the post office, people always gather in anticipation. I witnessed several times when someone started to get indignant and then more service windows opened
I use the mail exclusively for the sake of parcels. It's good if they come to Kuibyshev. What's wrong with 100. A lot of people, and half of them are from the forest - paying for an apartment, a phone. Terminal, Internet banking? - No, you haven't heard. I'm coming to pick up a package the other day. I give you the address, the last name..(this is normal for Kuibyshev.) employee - how do you know that the package has arrived for you? I come to a slight stupor, but it turns out that she is wondering where the receipt is. The next question is, what is your number?, the track, the first thought. But no, for some reason she was interested in the queue number. I calmly answered all the questions. But. For some reason it seemed that I was being rude. Maybe I'm wrong... And in general, about the parcels - a mess from the new year. I. Be kind.
The worst department. They are not in a hurry to work, they just "have lunch". All the times that I had to come here is terrible. I've never spent less than an hour here. All barely alive
There are always a lot of people.
Always. I come there once a month to pay regularly.
They work slowly. An electronic queue is available, but from time to time, some donkey's face always gets in without a queue.
Cashiers do not check the compliance of the pre-issued ticket with the queue number. Or they don't require a queue ticket.
As a result, you lose at least 1 hour in the queue there.
