При получении посылок тоже казусы то мы не хотим платить 8 копеек за просроченое хранение, то у нас нет паспорта отдали на визу???? Давайте будем собрание все и уважительнее друг другу, и тогда в стране будет гораздо комфортнее, я не ворчу а просто взгляд со стороны некорая часть молодежи , ну у нас продвинутая западное воспитание до лампочки, что меня не касается. Поэтому и результат такой.

Хорошее большое отделение, современная система с электронной очередью, все достаточно быстро, очень приятный персонал. Без проблем получила посылки с озон.
Удобное месторасположение, посещаю в течении 5-7 лет и проблемы все те же. Очень долгое обслуживание, просто иногда не хватает сил дождаться. Много мест для ожидания, довольно чисто, к персоналу по обслуживанию претензий никогда не было, но скорость обслуживания просто не серьезная
Очень густонаселенный район, обслуживаемый данным почтовым отделением, оттого и длинные очереди. Несмотря на большую нагрузку, персонал старается, всегда доброжелателен и вежлив. Хочется пожелать сотрудникам в новом году здоровья и терпения.
Время, которе здесь тратишь на получение отправления зависит от того, как работают операторы. А они иногда работают чрезвычайно медленно и нерасторопно
заведение довольно не интересное,скудное, не красивое, персонал нормальный, помещение советского типа, но зато додумались поставить автомат для печатания бумажек с номерами .
По телефону дозвониться просто не возможно. А если говорить про обслуживание, то все делается очень медленно, очереди большие. И на выдачу посылок работает только 2 окна, а все остальные свободны.
Очень удобно для получения посылок: никаких очередей! Только заранее нужно оформить личный кабинет и подойти с паспортом на почту, а также успеть перенаправить посылку на почтомат в личном кабинете до момента поступления посылки на таможню.
Удобно, доступно, современно. В отделении есть электронная очередь, почтомат (для получения посылок без очередей). Постоянно повышается уровень обслуживания, доброжелательные и главное добросовестные сотрудники!)
