It seems that Beltelecom has one task to rip off its customers by any means. Judging by customer reviews, there is no need to talk about quality. So I had a problem with them in providing regular telephone services. My wife, as the main tenant, died unexpectedly on 02/13/2022. She was the main subscriber with whom the contract and its annexes were to be drawn up on the basis of which a set of equipment was installed in 2016 (the Beltelecom initiative), then it was installed regardless of your consent. I found the documents for the provision of these services, where the signature of the main tenant should have been, i.e. the wife has a bird, so she did not sign them. After my wife's death, I spent five months paying the so-called subscription fee, taking into account the fact that suddenly someone would call or I would need to call. During this time, there were no more than 5 calls, and there have been no calls at all for the last three months. I decided that I didn't need this phone. I went to the Beltelecom website, but I still did not find information on what to do in such cases, who specifically to contact, either in the section "On the procedure for citizens' appeals" or in the section "On the procedure for considering appeals". Then I decided to disconnect their equipment and phone, respectively, from the network and not pay (I think they track and see these moments well). On 07/29/2022, a letter was sent to his wife about the debt for two months with threats to turn off the phone, unilaterally terminate the contract and go to court. I went back to Beltelecom's website, found an opportunity to send an electronic message there and explained the situation. However. it looks like no one is reading anything there, because 02.10.2022 I received, again, in the name of my wife, a new notice already with the amount of payment for 4 months. This means that the contract has not been terminated, although more than 30 days have passed, according to the first notification. The amount is not that significant, of course I will pay and see what happens next. It seems that the extortion will not end there and similar notices will continue to come. So, I do not recommend linking your relationship with Beltelecom.
Beltelecom employees called and offered to change the tariff, I agreed. But!!! After changing the tariff, for some reason the additional equipment (the second router and the server) stopped working for me!!! Why didn't anyone warn me that just changing the tariff would lead to a change of usernames, passwords, and a checking account (from which, during the week, they can't transfer the balance of funds!)!!! I would never agree to this! Why do the staff at the call center make fun of me, saying that the change of the tariff plan could not be displayed on the settings, and that it was my equipment (although this is not the case, everything broke down immediately after the tariff change) and these are my problems, and I have to set it all up myself!
The level of service is simply terrible!!! Why, if because of Beltelecom's actions, all my settings went wrong (work was disrupted), then none of this company is responsible for this and cannot help me.
Why is there not at least such a service as calling a specialist to set up additional equipment, even for an additional fee! Why does Beltelecom just "send" me, saying that "our equipment is working, and then it's your problem."
We connected this mountain provider's Internet less than a week ago, and we already want to go back to the "Cosmos" - as they say, everything is learned in comparison. The speed drops to almost zero very often, especially in the evening. Of the stated speed of 200, I only rarely reached 50-80, and this is by wire, I am generally silent about Wi-Fi. Beltelecom has learned how to sign contracts, but it has not learned how to fulfill its obligations under these agreements. I do not recommend this provider to anyone.

The service is turned off 12 hours before the end of the paid month. Although not much (pennies), but regularly. Also, with an increase in the subscription fee, the subscriber learns about this in fact, i.e. when the service stops working. In all normal companies, they value their customers and send SMS or e-mail messages about all changes. Beltelecom says that the subscriber should monitor the changes himself by visiting the company's website. If there were an alternative, I would terminate the contract without hesitation. In general, the relevant authorities should check the work of the company.
I am pleasantly surprised by Beltelecom's service. There was no Wi-Fi on December 31. With the help of the 123 service and the engineer, we quickly set it up. The most important thing is that the employees showed patience, responsiveness and understanding that the holiday and the Internet are needed. Thank you.
