I went on a tour of Italy from this company on 09/15/2024 for 7 days. The work of the office is well coordinated. We went on a tour of Italy with this company in September. Let's start with a pleasant one.
Vladimir's guide is simply amazing! He talks very interestingly about the country, also advised where it is better to try, buy, and so on. He could be contacted on any issue. He explained in detail how things are at the border and what can be expected (but everything went fine). And it also created a cozy atmosphere not only at the border (23 hours of waiting), but also throughout the entire trip. He was very attentive to night crossings and did not wake up abruptly and loudly, spoke carefully and quietly at this time so as not to frighten sleeping people.
Drivers Pavel and Valery are professionals in their field. The road was very well tolerated, as well as careful driving and you feel safe. The bus is also good, there is a lot of legroom, all the chairs recline. The hotels in Krakow and Ferrara (Italy) were excellent, the best all the way.
I would also like to mention the work of the visa specialist Anastasia. She gave an exhaustive answer to all the questions, checked all the documents, prepared everything, although a visa was received end-to-end, but everything went quickly and comfortably. The day before, I sent all the information on departure, time and duplicated all the important information again.

Now about the cons.
We were lucky with visas and we were issued through the Italian VC, but many people simply did not have enough seats on the bus and they were issued Greek visas, at first they promised that everything would be through Italy and everything would be fine (and Greece does not smell in the tour), although many who have a Greek record issued a tour like us, long before (February-April). I understand that times are difficult, but why deceive people and promise them what they cannot do.
We signed a contract with Oksana, a specialist. Initially, we warned that we were having a wedding and our passport would be replaced. Yes, she noted this in the contract, but this information was not communicated to Anastasia's visa specialist. And as a result, the record was originally in the old name, which is why I had to make changes to the record. The girl who was traveling with us in the company also had her data changed for the same reason, which caused a misunderstanding at the visa application center and she was simply refused and accepted later.
Also, the policy of the travel agency is that if you go to an additionalexcursions, you pay for them immediately in advance on the way and if force majeure occurs, the money will not be refunded to you (even if you are ill).
The place where we were settled at sea is just a monstrous nightmare! We arrived there late on Thursday evening and were just in shock. To our bungalows (houses D), there were no paths laid, dirt everywhere, there is a dining table and a canopy made of straw on the street, respectively, everything flows and if you want to eat in the rain, you will not be able to do it on the street, because water will pour on you. There is dirt, mold, cold and dampness in the houses themselves, spiders and cobwebs in the corners, a hole in the door, hot water only in the shower, there is no hot water in the sinks in the bathtub or in the kitchen. There was a hole in the kitchen countertop, covered with a piece of countertop from above. Of the two comforts, one was not working. After we started to get indignant, we were still moved to other houses (but after a day and a half), the situation there is no better - it is also cold and damp, things do not dry from the word at all (swimming shorts were wet for two days), it was also impossible to dry them outside, because it was raining. The situation is the same with water - there is no hot water in the sinks. Yes, we were compensated for an excursion to Naples, but it's not safe to live in such conditions even for a week, in fact, there were four of us and everyone caught a cold in these houses, because it was very cold at night. If it wasn't for the powders we took with us for colds, the vacation would have been ruined.
As I found out later, the company receives repeated complaints about this place of residence, and as it turned out, my friend went 5 years ago with them and settled in the same terrible place. Thanks to our guide again for solving this issue with relocation, because the administrator just left and said "solve everything with the company, it's their fault." There is also a swimming pool on the territory, but you can not swim in it, because it is dirty and green, and no one did anything about it, it was just written that because of the weather conditions it can not be used (why then everything is fine with it in other places). Even when signing the contract, Oksana also announced to us (and it is written on their website in the tour program) that in the evening there are discos and live music on the territory of the complex. Accordingly, none of this happened. On the complex's website, in the photo, these bungalows look completely different from in real life, but much worse.
The conclusion is that we will not go anywhere with this travel agency anymore, but with Vladimir's guide - with pleasure! Below I attach a photo of this horror, where we lived. It is better to make the tour more expensive, but to settle people in acceptable conditions. Go to the complex's website and find 10 differences, as they say.
I also looked through the negative reviews below and there are many where the answer is "you didn't go with us, don't make it up." So, if necessary, I will take a photo and make all the notes in the contract and also leave a review again.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to give the OS an answer below, so I will add here. Surprisingly, the norms for Italy are dirt, a hole in the furniture, a hole in the door, broken plumbing and broken furniture (closet). We went on a 7-day tour to Italy from 08/3.24. The tour is super full, so many countries and so many emotions!!
Now a little bit about the unpleasant. The bus came across a Chinese one, there was very little space in it, they put it in the back row in full boarding (5 people!!!!). The chairs do not recline from the word at all. The girl Diana at the agency said that she would mark our wishes at the conclusion of the contract (we asked for any place except the last row). As a result, we sat on a stake all the way with the border at 23 o'clock and two night crossings! We are extremely unhappy with the bus, there are no tables, no hook to hang things.
The accompanying Alexander and the drivers are excellent! We tried in every possible way to brighten up our vacation, but the bus left a residue… There should be a maximum of 3 people at the end in this scenario, and this is an omission of the company.
Regarding the excursions, I really liked the Grand Canal and the usual sightseeing tours that are included in the tour. Everything else, in principle, can be viewed independently. The hotels where we stayed were completely different, each had some nuances, for example, the lack of an elevator or a tasteless breakfast.

There were problems with the filing date, because the manager apparently forgot what she was told again. The benefit was postponed. And of course, we were enrolled in GREEK. Where is Italy? In promises.
2 Bus ushatan, 24th year-and you take people on a bus without sockets. 1 extension cord for 6 sockets (and those tubby charging fell out) for 56 people. One day the air conditioner broke down, the heat, the stuffiness. The driver did not warn us, they found out only when they started to find out why it did not turn on.The girl alone felt sick from the stuffiness. Fortunately, it was repaired by 10 pm. The driver from Poland is a nightmare-they miraculously didn't get killed, a lot of emergencies on his part.

About departure 2 hours later than agreed, due to the fault of the tour company, people were simply not informed about the postponement of the departure date, and we were all waiting for them and other visa-related points will be told by other tourists.

2. Two days before departure, we were informed that he would be across the Latvian border at 18:00 and no medicines should be taken with him. When asked what to do if the drugs need to be taken daily, they gave the answer: "well, you will prove at the border what you need."
3. At 8:20 a.m. on the day of departure, an unfamiliar number calls us with the question "Are you going to Italy with us?" It turned out that the departure was at 8 a.m. and across the Polish border. We were not notified about the postponement of the departure time. By the way, my mother happened to be in Minsk by the time of departure, because she had planned a business day in Minsk and arrived in the morning in advance. In fact, she could have left Brest, because she lives in the Brest region. Medicines and food could also be safely taken.
4. We rushed by taxi to the place of departure (with wet hair, things somehow thrown into a suitcase, etc., so as not to delay the departure of the group), no one even apologized to us. It turned out that not only us, but another family was not notified.
5. A woman was supposed to go on the same tour, she was given her passport at the time of departure on the bus, because she did not take her passport in advance. It turned out that the visa was opened to her not from the day of departure, but a week later and she cannot go. 6. To my question about what solutions they offer to the problem that arose with us through their fault, he replied: "Well, you don't have to go, we will refund your money." It seems to me that this is the last thing that can be offered if the company values customers. People adjust their vacations and their personal affairs to the tour, plan everything in six months and wish for this trip. After my shock and the question whether this is the only solution, we were given a discount of 20 euros per person, which we agreed to, because if the alternative is not to go, then thank you very much for that :) Apologies were not heard from the deputy. the director.
7. On a bus trip, the microphone broke, it was not comfortable to receive information.

We went on a tour of Italy, there was a very unpleasant aftertaste after the trip.
1. The careless attitude of the accompanying person during the tour: it so happened that I managed to get seriously ill during the trip (on the third day, I left completely healthy, my health is more important to me than any travel), all requests to stay somewhere in the hotel were refused, and when the situation worsened, the escort (whose direct duty is to monitor the safety of tourists and, if necessary, provide help) found nothing better than to put me on the steps in the city center and tell me to sit quietly and wait for 4 hours until the group returns from the tour. The guide could perfectly follow the group, but the accompanying person decided in this situation not to deny herself the pleasure of listening to the tour. Moreover, it turned out that the staff of the travel agency did not even have a basic first aid kit with them. Fortunately, I took my medicines with me. The meaning of insurance is not completely clear to me.
2. All excursions for which groups are not recruited are automatically canceled, so you may not be able to visit everything that you have planned
3. Disgusting hotel in Italy, dirty, not cleaned, sockets do not work and there are no basic appliances like a kettle.
4. Lack of organization. In Rome, we stood in line for 2.5 hours for an excursion to the Vatican, but in the end we did not get to it, because it turned out that the guide could only take 20 people from the group, the rest were invited to walk/ see the exhibition themselves
5. Lack of free time. If you go on excursions, be prepared for the fact that there will simply be no time to walk around the city by yourself, buy souvenirs, etc. You will literally gallop across Europe and you will not have time to do anything. As an alternative, you can not take excursions and manage your own domain.
This is only a small part of what I would like to highlight. Of course, there were some good moments. I came across a wonderful group, all very responsive, tried to help when I began to feel unwell. Friendly drivers, beautiful Italy!

They're cheating. There is one thing written in the contract, but they themselves do not fulfill it. Also, one price is called for a visa, and later another is required.

Terrible company. They can't get visas on time. They lie about the cost, i.e. the price is the same on the site, and then it turns out that it is no longer there, sold, a lot of additional payments that are discussed only at the conclusion of the contract. There are many tours on the site that are not even on sale. The money is not fully refunded, it is transferred to the next time. And if there is no next time?
After watching the BBC documentaries, I realized that my dream is to get to Tuscany. And six months of searching for such a tour at a good price began. Surprisingly, I found a beltourist. Among the tours to Italy from Minsk, I also came across a variant of Tuscany 7 days of fairy tales that I will remember for a long time!
I want to say a big thank you to the managers of Belturist, who helped me choose a good tour to Italy from Minsk. I liked the service, the hotels, the program. I will definitely contact them next year.
Another travel company picked up the wrong type of visa, it was refused. On October 17, we signed a contract - a bus tour for the new year to Prague, every 2 weeks I called and asked when to register at the consulate -WAIT, WE WILL INFORM YOU. On the fifth of December, a call, tomorrow to apply to the Greek embassy (strange, we are going to the Czech Republic), the result is a refusal, the holiday for the new year is ruined. I do not recommend contacting them.......
We booked a bus tour with a vacation at the sea in Italy from Belturist (CHTUP Sadler) at the end of January, departure on May 21, 2023 was supposed to be. We had our passports replaced at that moment, we provided them to the manager on March 10, 2023, and began to wait for the date of applying for a visa. We were periodically interested in how things were going. But! At the end of April, we were informed that the Italian Consulate refused to review the documents of the group. They offered to apply for Spanish in Moscow. We agreed, paid for the transfer, visa support. In a couple of days, we collected all the certificates from the bank, from work, notarized the passport, insurance (and all these pieces of paper also cost money). And they began to wait for the date of the trip to the pitch. And on May 2, 2023, we are informed that Spain has not recorded a band either! The tour will not take place on May 21! The money was refunded the next day (tour service, transfer and visa support).
The worst travel agency . The staff are not competent, they can't even write the passport data correctly. They take money even before the provision of services, and as a result of questionnaires, tickets, reservations, you need to correct a lot of mistakes for these employees. Hotel reservations and air tickets are not made as expected and as a result, no one has a visa, 5 people were served. I called the embassy in Moscow, they replied that your reservation ended on the day you submitted the documents to the visa application center, and it should be valid until your passport comes back to you.
They'll only ruin the whole vacation. I strongly advise you not to contact this tour operator, everything that is written in the contract is conditional, and necessarily changes already on the trip itself, the maximum that matches is the main cities, all additional excursions, additional cities, will be canceled because you will not have time. And if Olga is accompanying, she will simply cancel, or dissuade the others, for the reason: "I was there, it's not interesting there" it seems that she is resting, and you are just in the way.
The whole trip is not organized, it is impossible to plan anything, you do not know what will happen even in half an hour.
All the excursions are not interesting, the guides tell you something, something that is not heard, then it is not clear, then it is tedious. There is something to compare it with, I had experience with other guides and excursions, and I met such boring ones for the first time.
I went twice with this tour operator, and I will never go again, I was given a chance, because everything happens, but it turns out that this is not an accident, but a pattern.
The services of this company have been used repeatedly. Everything was wonderful, everything was always fast and clear, well organized.(Thanks to Alla).
But when we applied now for a new tour, something went wrong. Firstly, there is a complete price discrepancy. The site indicates some prices, when checked by the manager, the price is different (and always at a high cost and the difference is decent at $ 400-500 plus). All the time they explain some kind of malfunction in the program. I understand the failure one day, but not for 3 days.
There is no interest in the client. It seems that they picked up the tour, checked the relevance, the manager promised to apply and contact me the next day. I've been waiting since morning...silence from the manager. We wrote to the manager, silence..We call to clarify, the manager at the visa center says. Regarding our question, no one knows anything, they cannot explain, they promise to figure it out. Another hour passes, silence... We call again , they promise to resolve the issue again. It's only been 2 hours and I finally got a call back. As it turned out, no tour was booked, explaining that a student manager worked with us.No contract has been drawn up, and no prepayment has been made. Although they were ready to make an advance payment at any time (no one asked). As a result, prices for tours have increased. The new manager tried to pick up a new tour for us, but again the prices did not match (the program failed).
As a result, the vacation did not take place, the children are upset. The travel agency does not value its regular customers at all, it's a pity.

I've never seen a worse travel agency. I signed a contract for a tour to Italy in June. They assured that they would have time with the visa, everything would be fine, wait for the call at the end of July to collect the documents for the visa. There were no calls. This alerted me, and I started calling myself in early August. They answered in such a relaxed, tired tone, as if I were burdening them, distracting them from tea with buns. Various employees asked to wait until August 8, then until 15, or even until 20, explaining that there were allegedly no windows for applying at the visa application center. In fact, they were, they just need to be caught on time, and not checked once a day at best, especially if this is your job. Moreover, they "tried" to enroll in the Greek visa application center, although Greece did not meet at all on the way along the route of the booked tour. After communicating with the employees, I got the impression that perhaps they do not know how to use the website of this visa application center at all, let alone provide high-quality visa support. They took at least 100 rubles from clients, and that's a joy, you can not worry and lure the next naive ones, which they continue to do on Instagram. When I came to another travel agency to pay for a tour to Dubai, I began to tell about my unsuccessful experience with a tour to Europe, the agent immediately called it a Beltourist. The reputation there is already such that other travel agencies and clients shy away. I would really like to introduce licensing of tourism activities, maybe such companies have at least learned how to work with a computer and documents. And at least they felt a little responsible.

She took a vacation at work, but the tour was canceled just a week before departure, according to them, due to problems with the Italian Visa Center. In the correspondence on viber, they said that there would definitely be a tour, the rest of the tourists applied for visas. The next day, they started saying that there was no accurate information. And so they answered every day. 5 days before the second expected trip, they said that there would be no tour and the Italian Visa Application Center was allegedly closed. Complete lies! The VC is working. I do not know what kind of machinations they are pulling off and why they did this to me! The money for the travel service has been promised to be returned for more than 2 weeks!

Everyone understood that there could be a long queue at the border due to the holidays and took measures to eliminate the risks as much as possible. BelTurist also made sure that everyone remembers about their services for a very, very long time)
Only they decided to allocate a 2-storey bus to the most expensive Georges hotel, in which even the microphone does not work and therefore there is simply zero information from the attendant even about the reasons for the stop or when they are planned, so this "miracle" developed the MAXIMUM speed even on the Minsk-Brest highway only 72 km \ h. I.e. the Minsk-Mokran road it took 7.5 hours (the normal time does not exceed 5 hours).
The escort was very talented and thoughtfully chose all the stops so that the group of 70!!!! a person necessarily stood in one working toilet and each stop took at least 80-90 minutes.
The road from the border to Lviv took 8+ hours (with a sane organization 4-4.5 maximum), because the bus was traveling at an average speed of 45-50 km / h on the territory of Ukraine and on country roads, not on highways.
The total travel time on the Minsk-Lviv route was just over 26 hours in a bus without air conditioning and during a period of increased morbidity, thanks for having managed to get to the hotel BEFORE the New Year, and not after, and for giving 1.5 days out of 3 in the city, and not going straight back.
The tour program was completely thrown out, instead of three days and 2 nights in the city, all tourists got 26+ hours on the bus en route there, 2 nights at the hotel, 1.5 days in the city and 24 hours on the way back. i.e. the bus became their home. On the way back, I also thank the attendant very much, who considered it superfluous even after a breakdown (the front wheel broke off and even tore out part of the bus lining) and almost drove a 2-storey bus into a ditch (remember that the bus does not travel through Ukraine for more than 50 km /h), 2 hours of repair and downtime to get people to a sane a gas station where there would be at least hot tea and coffee, but stayed exclusively where there was one toilet and nothing could be purchased.
Anticipating the comments of the representative of the company about force majeure at the border, I note: tourists on other buses did not have such problems. The bus that was standing on the border right in front of ours left Minsk 1.5 hours later than us and arrived in Lviv more than 4 hours earlier.
You knew for sure that this bus has such characteristics, because you operated it more than once in your tours, even the day before. To think of making a group of 70 people in one bus for the New Year is nothing more than your extreme degree of greed and complete disregard for your customers and tourists. I hope people will appreciate your attitude towards their customers and choose the tour operator who thinks about something else, and not just how to earn more "under the radar" during the holidays, even deliberately deceiving people and putting their lives at risk.
P.S. regarding the situation and the bus, separate written requests will be submitted to the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus and to the Ministry of Transport + Traffic Police, as far as this bus can be operated for such purposes at all.
I wish all tourists to find worthy tour operators, as well as the like of a well-deserved public "gratitude" and well-deserved peace in the complete absence of customers!
