Yesterday I was confronted with the horrific policy of the bank. I wanted to buy dollars for Russian rubles, but on the bill there were inscriptions with a pen that were not significant. The bank employees refused to change the money, sent me to another bank of some kind, they said maybe they would change there, or you should go to change Russia there. I said that I was a client, I received a pension as a disabled person of the first group and an account with my bank, at the expense of which they also receive money. But it didn't make any difference.
Today, without any obstacles, I changed money in another bank without being their client, without questions and unnecessary words. So another bank has a different national bank than BelVEB? Or is it just that kind of attitude towards customers? Just send it somewhere and it's done? It's a pity I can't take my money and terminate the contract. It is disgusting to even think that the bank's policy is directed against the people who bring money there.
