This place is great. Food, atmosphere and staff. You order off a tick box menu like Mon nom. We will come back for sure! I can highly recommend the dessert ‘графские развалины’

One of my favorite bakeries, and it was great to find out that they also cook food. We tried all the pastries, and by all accounts it was a great experience. Among my favorite dishes are strudel with poppy seeds, as well as strudel with trout and vegetable strudel, which we always order when we come to visit. There was also a delicious yellow candy, but unfortunately I don't remember its name, but the taste was unforgettable. In addition, this place serves a great cappuccino with a rich taste and creamy texture that you will want to drink every day. It has a cozy and warm atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a pleasant time with unique pastries and drinks.

Beautiful interior and delicious pizza! An interesting menu idea is breakfast and lunch for a fixed price, which includes 4 dishes to choose from and for only 23 rubles. I rarely write reviews, but after going to this cafe, I realized what I needed!
Delicious food, pleasant and calm atmosphere, polite staff, everything is neat and clean☺️
We went to breakfast with the family at 11 o'clock, and half of the seats were occupied. But despite this, the waiting time for dishes is 8-10 minutes, which is super!🙌
Yes, the portions are not very large, but due to several dishes it turns out quite normally) maybe three cheesecakes won't be enough for men, but going to breakfast or lunch with a girlfriend is super!

IT'S JUST GREAT, one of the best establishments in Minsk.The level of service, interior and food is clearly not Belarusian.I haven't eaten such delicious food in a very long time.A charming administrator, an interesting concept of the institution itself.I advise everyone to visit this place as much as possible.On a Sunday afternoon, to come with a girl and have a very tasty meal while talking with a coffee machine, that's the thing.

We really liked the breakfasts, we came without reservation, we sat at a large table by the window. Clean, very clean. It is beautiful and cozy. Great place! I recommend it!
We had a family vacation on 06/24. A very pleasant receptionist met us and offered to choose a table for people, told us about the concept of the institution. The staff is professional! We chose 2 sets (by the way, it is profitable at a cost of only 22 rubles for 4 rubles) I really liked the refrigerator, the kebab is super for that kind of money!! Beautiful interior, pleasant music, in general, we remained very happy! Let's come again!!!!!!

I visited this place some time ago.
On the plus side, it was beautiful, received politely.
One of the disadvantages is food. It was just terrible in quality. With each new dish, the mood dropped down. Soup made from some cheap tomato paste (usually fresh tomatoes go in this); zucchini pancakes with some vile corn, bitter; pancakes - I haven't eaten such disgusting ones yet, it felt like they were made of powder, I even asked if there were potatoes there. There was normal meat, but very little. Well, the salad tastes good, but there was someone's hair lying around. I often go out to eat somewhere, and in such situations they either make a discount or bring a replacement dish or a compliment. Then they obviously didn't believe me that the taste was terrible, they apologized for the hair and said that next time it would definitely be fine. I had to tell the truth that there would be no next time.
In total, out of five dishes of a fairly small volume, two were edible, I went hungry to eat normal food. Honestly, it is better at a higher price to take a good volume in a place where it is definitely delicious.

Today we went to this institution after seeing a video with a recommendation, but alas, the waitress deceived us and raised the price tag by 2 times, although we asked her about the menu several times, she said exactly the opposite, and we paid almost nothing more... It turned out to be a very unpleasant situation

The beautiful interior will not leave you indifferent. Quickly giving away breakfast or lunch will let you know that you are in a good establishment. And delicious and hot food will make you very happy. A good and sociable staff will quickly serve the menu and help you figure it out , because it is not ordinary. the establishment exceeded all expectations in the best sense!
I have never seen such a responsive, pleasant and attentive staff anywhere else, and not just one person, but a whole team.
when we came in, we immediately brought a vase for flowers, we didn't even have to ask.
the waiters did not need to be called, they noticed themselves when they finished choosing and came up, they were always very polite and smiling.
the 4-course promotion for 20p is just wonderful, the food is all very tasty, hearty and quickly cooked, there is nothing to say about the serving-it's wow! each dish is neatly placed in a beautiful plate.
the interior of the entire restaurant is incredibly stylish, the color scheme is perfectly selected, many beautiful photos were taken)

It's hard to call what they brought traditional pancakes , but rather potato cheesecakes . They don 't look like draniki at all . The Asian soup was served almost cold , and the beef had lumps of fat . Roman pizza is also tasteless. And the prices are on the edge for such dishes ... I'm unlikely to come back here again.

I was with my husband at breakfast, I really liked everything, both the food and the service! We took a set breakfast plus an additional dish, it turned out to be 25 rubles. On a day off, we decided to visit this institution to have breakfast. We called beforehand, it turned out that there was no reservation - only a live queue. Upon arriving there, 3 tables by the window were free, but they were not allowed to sit there, since they were from 3-4 people, and there were two of us. We were seated at a small table for two, where the distance between the tables is 20 cm, we all sit together like at McDonald's. Did you borrow the concept of the menu designer from MonNom? Please explain to the waiters that it would be nice to explain the instructions on how to choose food to the guests - you sit for 5 minutes reading the rules of blocks, number of dishes, etc. Do you position yourself as a canteen or a decent establishment? We ordered food and coffee, 30 minutes passed - the tables by the window were still not occupied, while a couple more tables for 4 people were vacant, while we were sitting, two men came and just sat at a table by the window - no one kicked them out (and this is normal). I turned to the waiter again with a request to transfer us - half of the tables are free, why should we huddle in a corner?? To which they again listened that these were tables from three people. Only after asking to invite the administrator, she went out into the hall and shouted to the waiter "well, move them" to the whole hall. Dear administrator, do you think this is a normal attitude towards guests? How will your boarding rule work if ALL the guests come in twos?
The food was carried for about an hour, the coffee for 50 minutes - it was standing, cold and tasteless, apparently done and forgotten.
Conclusion: the absurd waiting time for food that tastes no different from the cooking of any supermarket, the service is 0/10 - there are at least 3 waiters in a small hall and none could bring coffee on time? The administrator (speaker) of the hall - this attitude will lead to the fact that no one will come to you a second time, exactly the same situation was two hours before me at my friend's. Since you are buying advertising from kokobai, be prepared for the fact that people will come to you and you need to make them want to return. If you keep large tables for large companies, enter reservations for 3-4 people.
P.S. When we left, a bunch of tables for 4 people remained unoccupied

Without diving into everything that is happening:
1) the waiters are polite and pleasant, but they forgot to bring the appliances and lost our coffee from the order
2) the menu is suspiciously similar to the mon nom menu, but the dishes are slightly inferior in taste
3) Administrator/Director, I beg you: EXHALE AND STOP
Let me explain the last point: there is a lot of administrator /director, too much, a lot of panic and fuss, and this fuss spoils absolutely everything. Please exhale and slow down. Don't wave your hands left and right, keep your voice down (you can be heard at the other end of the hall discussing customer orders), and for God's sake, STOP FIGHTING OVER SEATING! If two people have sat down at a table for four, do not touch them. I understand that you need a profit, you need a maximum of people, but no one likes transplanting into tightly seated people, and even more so when you are transplanted in a not the most polite manner. Now you will plant 4 people, and tomorrow those 5 pairs of people who were transplanted impolitely and in a bad place will never come to you again. The place can get better, but I beg you to slow down and reconsider some points.

The waiters are very busy. They fly like bees.
The toilets are clean and smell nice.
Zucchini fritters are delicious. There are no cheesecakes (like powdered ones). There is little syrup in the mojito. Lemonade with raspberries and lime is super. Sea buckthorn tea is mediocre. The portion of ice cream is very small.
The kitchen is not wow, the expectations were higher.

Awful.
As a part of 4 people came on Saturday evening 04/20/24 at 20:40 to have dinner and have a nice time, but they were soooo disappointed.
In general, the "Eat what you get" approach was amazing. It is not enough just to make repairs indoors and put a Zielinski & Rozen diffuser in the toilet. We need delicious food available and good service.
More detailed:
1. We spent 15 minutes choosing what to eat and sorting out the menu. But after that, the waiter came to take the order and it turned out that almost half of the menu was not available to order (it was over or not available as a whole)! It applies to both food and alcohol. At the same time, the waiter mentioned that usually more is not available than today. And again we changed our choice for 10-15 minutes, adjusting to the availability.
We marked what we wanted, then the waiter checked (as in a school test) our grades and confirmed the order. In the menu, you need to make your choice by checking the box next to the selected dish.
The order was accepted with grief.
Thoughts "JUST REPRINT THE MENU TO THE CURRENT ONE!!!".
2. You forgot one coffee, we reminded you about it. One coffee was poured a little into a saucer. The waiter asked for a napkin and stood wiping the saucer right at our table.
The coffee is frankly bad. Nearby in ODI or "Buns" is much better.
3. One of the dishes we ordered was beef cheeks, instead the waiter just brought chicken nuggets. And only after we asked a couple of minutes later, "What are the cheeks out of all this?", the waiter "Oh, right, they are not there, instead they cooked nuggets in the kitchen. Will it be okay for you?" what? AND TO ASK, AND TO WARN? TWO DIFFERENT DISHES ARE CRITICAL.
4. There were no selected desserts either (honey cake, custard ring and ice cream). The waiter offered to replace them with Napoleon and potato cake, we agreed. And in the end, they brought us Napoleon, feast. potatoes and honey cake (which somehow arose?). Again, BUT TO ASK, AND TO WARN? THE SELECTION HAS ALREADY BEEN CHANGED.
5. Starting at 21:50 (they work until 22:00), the administrator / owner was already shaking cash in front of the waiters (apparently, the distribution of tips), in fact, they held an evening meeting with the guests.
6. They didn't even think to offer a discount or one of the desserts at their expense, as is customary. They asked me to pay off as soon as possible. During the calculation, when I wanted to say that the payment would be one card for everything, I heard the quote "wait, now I will show my psychic abilities and remember who ordered what", then I already interrupted and said about paying with one card. Apparently, I don't believe in psychics, I believe in memory.
Bistroteka is absolutely not worth it. 47 rubles per person and a missed pleasant evening!
There are much nicer places very close by.
Well, one of the advantages: dog friendly.

We were with the family 2 times, the first time the order had to wait about an hour , but there was a full hall of people, but we were in no hurry, went out for a walk ✌️
The second time, the hall was half occupied, but the order was delivered in 15 minutes!

Bad.we came to have breakfast in a new restaurant that opened nearby, took the order, breakfast for two plus drinks, after 50 minutes, brought Americano coffee, cappuccino was not brought for 50! minutes, apparently safely forgotten, there was hardly any question about it, we asked the waiter to calculate us for coffee and leave without breakfast, to which the waiter in an extremely dissatisfied manner said that in general an hour is still normal and yes she will calculate it immediately.The conclusion is very poor service and attitude.
