A disgusting place in the middle of a beautiful forest and a clear river.
The atmosphere is from the 70s, everything is dead, it is impossible to sleep on beds. It's softer on the floor.
3 days before the arrival of a large company, the sauna "broke down". And after paying the entire amount, the entertainment that was included in the price also broke down. In fact, they gave a 10p discount per person for the fact that half of the services did not work and the light was out for more than 4 hours. In summer, the heat is more than 25 degrees.
Boorish and incompetent staff became the cherry on the cake. They count on non-conflict fools who will sell low-quality services at the price of good estates. Think an extra 1000 times before choosing this place to relax. Especially with children.
The star is only for the instructor's girlfriend. She is the most adequate there.

I do NOT advise!!!
I put 2 only for entertainment for children (a playground and a rope town with a climbing wall).
The territory is clean, but everything has been shabby since Soviet times.
The administrators are terrible (especially the woman who worked on 08/12/24)!!!They snap at all questions and pretend that I owe them something. The only normal person is Angelina's entertainment assistant.
Upon arrival, they said that the cafe is open until 22:00
We came to dinner with the children at 20:15 and it was closed!!! Somehow the administrator was rescued. She said she had left..No comments..
The room has rundown beds. There are rickety trash cans on the way, old bricks.. Next, we had a surprise with bed linen! I had to put it on myself and as it turned out - it doesn't fit! They gave 2 duvet covers and two small sheets for 5 people (photo attached). They wanted to change it, but there was no one else except the guard ((.
In the evening, one lantern works, you can't reach the house without a phone flashlight!
You can come for a day, but without an overnight stay!

The place is good, it's wonderful to relax with children. There is a lot of entertainment, a great sauna, nature around and silence. But there are also disadvantages. The comfort rooms have almost no furniture except beds and a small coffee table. All the things and food had to be kept on the floor. The trouble with toilets. We had 2 rooms and there were puddles and dampness in both toilets all the time. Toilet bowls were leaking onto the floor, but now the builders were on the territory and were going to fix the situation. There is also a problem with refrigerators. When booking, they said that there was a refrigerator in each room, but it turned out to be one small one for 4 rooms, which is for 20 people with full occupancy. At a temperature of 30 degrees outside, they also listened to reproaches from the cleaner that there was nothing to put drinks in the refrigerator)
The whole vacation was saved by the administrator Olga. Thanks a lot to her, she solved all the problems and we have wonderful memories. I also liked the rope town and the instructor Artyom. I hope that we will come back here more than once)
