This is not the first time we have contacted the organization (we have been regular customers for many years), but we have never met such rudeness. When the carpet was taken away, we were charged an additional storage bill, which was not mentioned during the transfer of the carpet for cleaning and payment. When we said that we had not been warned about any paid storage, the staff simply put their fingers on the receipt with the words "everything is written there." There is zero customer orientation. When the carpet itself was taken away, they simply threw it on the table (without unwrapping the carpet, without showing that it had been cleaned and without saying anything). By the way, the carpet was cleaned disgustingly, fine hairs, dust and a musty smell are visible in the pile of the carpet, which was the main reason for cleaning.

Overall good service. Carpets and rugs are well cleaned. They quickly and efficiently cleaned the fluff and made pillows, and the next day they took the order. The staff is not always friendly.

Excellent carpet cleaner. The carpets were not just dirty, but dead. The children did everything they could with them, and something was spilled and slimes and plasticine were not cleaned once. Nevertheless, a week later they brought us absolutely clean carpets, no smell or stains, the color is like in a new carpet. In addition, there is a carpet trimming service, which I used, it was cut to my size and swept just perfectly. Thank you for your hard work.
