And the girl is doing us a favor by accepting the order. Naturally, after such an attitude, I didn't want to buy anything. Let's go to a nearby coffee shop of the same chain. What a surprise it was when we saw the same barista at the next point, who discussed us and this situation with colleagues. Dear management of the network, pay attention to the standards of service and how they are NOT respected in your establishments. The staff does not know how to communicate with guests.
The machine did not work, they could not make tea. The girls at the checkout do not pay attention to the visitors. You either have to wait a couple of minutes or pay attention to yourself, otherwise they will just look at you and continue to go about their business
Coffee and service in this network are very good. In Moscow, this network has deteriorated badly. I took coffee in Moscow a couple of times and immediately threw it away.
Finally hire people. I stood for coffee for about 15 minutes, that's for sure. There were two employees at the counter. The girl was trying to make coffee and punch orders at the same time, and some strange young man just got in her way. No, to help! The horror!

The employees of this coffee shop allow themselves to use uncensored language in the presence of guests , as well as that it is not permissible for me to vape in the room at the front order counter where desserts and sandwiches are stored behind glass.
Instead of a pleasant vacation, I received a negative one.
At the same time, the coffee was very tasty with the exact fulfillment of all my wishes, thanks to those who made it)))
There are 4(!) people behind the counter and they can't remember a simple order of four items. First I had to remind them about tea, then about cheesecake. They also couldn't heat up the pancakes properly in the microwave. I do not recommend this particular prefix.
I came for several weeks in a row for the same drink "nechai raspberry-pumpkin". When ordering, they almost punched "raspberry-maple" to me, and after that they said "nechai raspberry-maple" at the distribution. When I looked at the barista, she quickly corrected herself to "raspberry pumpkin". It definitely doesn't taste like what I ordered. The barista didn't even have the conscience to admit a mistake. We came with a friend to this coffee shop, and could not sit down in order to have a snack with desserts, we had to wait until a place was free, and this was not because there were a lot of visitors, but because students occupied all the tables in order to study.. of course, I understand everything, studying is certainly commendable, but not in places of catering.. and not in whole groups, when ordinary people who are tired after work don't even have a place to sit down.
