I liked the Italy bus tour on December 17-23, 2024, a very clear trip organization, a well-thought-out tour itinerary with visits to the wonderful Italian cities of Rome, Florence and Venice, as well as Munich and Vienna. Sightseeing tours give an idea of the cities and their attractions. The hotels where we stayed overnight meet the requirements for such trips. Special thanks to our wonderful escort Sergey, we felt confident with him. He joked a lot, thereby creating a friendly atmosphere during the trip, promptly resolved issues as they arose. Stagecoach Tour!
You are wonderful, as is the trip you organized. The Austro-Hungarian fairy tale 02.12.2024 - 06.12.2024. We are very happy, we were lucky with the group, with Igor accompanying us, with the drivers, and with passing the border in both directions. The trip left the most pleasant aftertaste. Starting from the office, where Anastasia accepted documents and provided information support in the chat, where she answered a variety of clarifying questions in detail and patiently.
Throughout the entire trip, the bus seemed to be going where it was needed, so the drivers did their job professionally.
The accompanying Igor Lositsky was as attentive as possible and unobtrusively suggested how to do better on all emerging issues.
The route, bus seating and hotel accommodation were organized flawlessly.

Thank you very much for the trip! Especially for the wonderful organization! I'm a perfectionist and I like everything to be clear. And everything was more than thought out! I liked the fact that the guide always tried to do the best for people! And the fact that everything is very calculated! And there was enough sleep, and the hotels are wonderful! Although 3 stars, but absolutely all the hotels were super, I did not expect this at all! For the amount that we went to visit 4 countries, it's a shock! And they gave a lot of gifts on New Year's Eve and not only! I don't have the words at all! Only positive impressions! Our last trip to Turkey was much less successful, even a little spoiled. Hello. 09/22/2024 I went on an excursion with the DilijansTur travel agency.
The first location was the "Garden of Eden", and of course it must be said that Andrei's story about horses, his attitude towards them could not leave anyone indifferent. First, we approached the herd and learned about the history of this place, about the character of each pet, about interesting and funny stories that often happen to guests and visitors of the estate. And later, when we got used to the horses, and they to us, Andrey gave us a unique opportunity to go to the center of the herd and communicate with the animals at close range. Imagine, you are standing in the center, and you are surrounded by horses: contact, well-groomed, exposing their necks and manes for you to stroke them.
Then we went to the summer terrace, where the hostess Oksana was already waiting for us with herbal tea and freshly made pancakes with honey. There, under her further stories about this place, about trees, about herbs, we enjoyed a delicious snack. It would seem that people work, as they say on earth, but how deep are they intellectually...
The second location was the Cheese Yard. It is no less a spiritual place. Cheesemaker Tatiana gave us an excursion into the history of cheese making, told us about the origin of various types of cheeses, about the nuances of cooking and storing these products. And of course there was a tasting: ten types of cheeses, marmalade, nuts, candied fruits, grapes, tea. After that, you could walk around the farm and chat with the cute goats.
I arrived home satisfied and well-fed, with a bag of delicious cheese and two bags of sweet apples))

The disgusting organization of the tour, communication with tourists too, you have to extract information from the tour agent and ask about your tour every day! We went to Italy, the bus is old, the driver does not know how to communicate respectfully, check-in at the hotel next to the bar, which is open until 4 am, and the bass of the music can be heard with the windows completely closed. For all this, we get one thing from the travel agency - complete DISREGARD

A sad experience of working with this agency.
The first thing that is alarming is the manager's approach to working with clients "according to a template", in the form of SMS messages. With each call, the manager had to explain and remind "who, what" for a long time. An ordinary conveyor(.
Second, the agency's office: several shabby tables, 8 people per 25 sq. m. including the director.
We have collected the entire package of documents for the trip to the tour: certificates, photos, insurance, etc.
On the morning of the day of filing the documents, an SMS message came from the manager about the refusal with ridiculous reasons.
I do not recommend it!

I was "lucky" to use the services of this sharashkin's office. As a result, I bought a one-day tour along the route Miory - Yelnya marshes - Vyata waterfall
For 75 rubles I received
- a terrible bus without air conditioning, on the street 30+
-an escort who did not know anything about the tour and could not tell anything without Google
- the trip time was completely unplanned, idle at the gas station just wasted 40 minutes in the heat
- due to the late arrival , we had limited time to visit Yelnya , and we wanted to walk and explore the swamp .
- the tour according to the plan was Miory Church, then Yelnya, but for some reason everything changed and tired of the heat we went to see the Church.
- we didn 't get to the Church , there were no excursions , we just walked around and looked at nothing more
- the trip to the waterfall is a separate story , because neither the guide nor the driver knew how to get there , the route there was not for the bus , because they had to go just across the field along the track from the cars .
The waterfall is not worth a single gram of attention at all because it is beautiful only in the photo.
ADDITIONAL MEALS
This point requires a separate explanation.
It's 30+ degrees outside. There is a refrigerator on the menu that was not cold at all - there is no doubt whether it is there ..
Wildly sweet compote and also not cold .
And most importantly, the "farmstead " in which guests are fed is not a manor at all, but someone's private yard.
I paid for the meals, but I wouldn't eat such food on the trip.
THE RESULT
of a trip with a Stagecoach tour is just wasted money and ruined health ( by the evening I had a fever from overheating on the bus )

The tour to Moscow for the May holidays of 2021 was a fiasco and not because of the weather, but because of the quality of services provided by representatives of the Belarusian and Russian sides. So, initially, when providing advice, the head of the company could not clearly answer the questions posed and swam in her answers. Apart from this, the draft contract for the provision of services has not been provided. The money was demanded seven days before departure at an inflated individual rate without a contract. And as it turned out later, the money was deposited by other tour participants directly on the train, thereby violating the terms of the contract, which were signed on the way. In the contract, an action plan was set out in the annex - three full days of excursions!!!!!! And in the end, everything did not go according to plan. On the first day, we drove for three hours through rainy Moscow, stopping only once for 10 minutes for a photo near St. Basil's Cathedral. They were sent for 40 minutes to walk on their own through the deserted rainy Arbat and the question of why they postponed the visit to the Arbat from the third day was answered that there was nothing to do on the Arbat. On the second day, the excursions were canceled and offered in the evening, for an additional fee, to see Moscow in lights AGAIN from the bus window. On the third day, we drove to Kolomenskoye for 30 minutes, to Tsaritsyno for 2 hours and AGAIN walked ourselves without a guide. Throughout the tour, there were three escorts, one of whom was a guide, who were not clearly responsible for what. Separately, I would like to pay attention to the accommodation - the three-star Tourist hotel near VDNH, on the corridor and in the room there is a stable unpleasant non-ventilated smell, the beds are comfortable, the bed is clean, there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, refrigerator, TV with kinescope, 5 programs, the remote control did not work, wrapped with duct tape, there is a towel and toiletries, the bathtub is red, a mirror with smudges a la the 70s, the socket in the bathtub was torn out, the bed had to be moved in the room to get to the outlet. The Internet is connected only with a Russian SIM card and the reception refused to help and did not even raise their eyes. Thanks to the guard for the help in connecting. Breakfast is included in the price of the buffet tour and was very meager: omelette, buckwheat porridge, sausages, milk porridge, apples, oranges, cheese, sausage, yogurt, tea, coffee, milk, breakfast cereals. But despite this, we entertained ourselves perfectly on our own and looked at all the sights at the very foot. And the merit is not the Stagecoach in any way ((((( The question remains, what did we give the money for??? For Moscow from the bus window???? For the indifference of the company's employees??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS AN ORGANIZATION OF YOUR VACATION!!!!!!
