It was necessary to insulate the bathhouse. After long torments of monitoring and appeals to other companies, we turned to Domprofcomplekt LLC. Manager Alyona approached our task very competently, explained everything clearly and quickly and made it out. They took the materials themselves from the warehouse, accompanied us to the very loading, where we remembered that we had forgotten to order a windproof film. And here again we were pleasantly surprised by the attitude and service, everything was calmly and quickly added to the order and uploaded. Special thanks to the guy at the boot, he helped me put everything compactly in the car.
There would be more such companies with competent and polite staff, where they clearly understand the needs of the customer, and do not impose expensive and sometimes completely wrong materials, just to sell. Thank you very much, we will also contact you and recommend you to friends.

The review has been changed. Initially, I left a negative review here – it wasn't the warehouse staff who deserved it at all, but an employee of the company who processed my order on the site. The fact is that this employee sent me a product receipt in which the prices were significantly different from the prices on the website and the shipping price went beyond reasonable limits. And when talking on the phone, this employee spoke to me in such a dissatisfied tone, as if I demanded something impossible. But after everything that happened, the manager of the company contacted me and apologized for what had happened. It became clear that the Domprofkomplekt company values its reputation, and I, who had previously canceled my order, resumed it, and even added another position. And this Saturday, our order was delivered to us. After a slight hitch, so to speak, everything works clearly and smoothly. I hope it will continue like this. I thank Kristina, the manager, who tactfully resolved the problem, as well as the driver, who helped us with unloading without any requests (and the materials in the order were quite heavy!). I took off one star because of the initial problem, and the second one because of price gouging: the Geobond optima vapor barrier film we ordered turned out to be twice as expensive as on the manufacturer's website. In addition, it is a Belarusian manufacturer, so any customs costs are excluded. I'm sorry that I came to this site late, otherwise I would have bought the film from the manufacturer, but you can deliver it yourself.
