I came with a request to reduce the ring. I was worried about the stone and diamonds and the size. The master suggested doing an intermediate fitting to make sure that the size fits, in the end everything was done neatly and quickly (in half an hour), and you can't tell from the ring that there were any changes at all. I liked the communication: everything is friendly, with humor. The high ratings of this place fully justify themselves.

I was very worried about the ring, but it was completely in vain! I tell you, I brought an engagement ring, white gold with a diamond, it was necessary to shorten it. I was worried about the stone so that there would be no damage and for the rhodium, because the original ring was washed with rhodium. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, it took about 20 minutes, I was nearby all this time, in the waiting room. The joint is not visible! Rhodium was coated with very high quality, the joint of the cut is completely invisible. It was as if the ring was originally like that. No visible damage, everything is perfect! I wanted to use only my own material without admixture of others. I discussed this with their employee on the website / in messenger / by phone. Everything is difficult, long and expensive, but it is possible. I spent a lot of time choosing a design and came to the specified address. But I received a long emotional lecture from another employee that I came up with it is unclear what and it is generally illegal. As a result, it turned out to be my fault that different employees have different attitudes to orders and a lot of time spent.
Additional: Thanks for the answer, but you just repeated what I had already heard. Once again, I'm not criticizing your rules in any way. But just imagine my impressions after such communication with your company:
your 1st employee on the phone - 'such an order (only from my material, I started the conversation with this and focused on this) can be done, expensive but possible, come!'
your 2nd employee at the reception - 'yes, you could We can even guess who said that, but we can't do it'
Your 3rd employee is a master shouting - 'This is not legal! even if you had taken such a job, you would have just been deceived, would have taken extra money and done as usual'

I am just delighted with this workshop! This probably doesn't happen. I should have gone to them right away! I wanted to shorten the gold watch, I brought it to one workshop, they messed up with the size, although it was done, my respect, professionally, they were rude in addition when I was interested in the readiness of the order, they turned their noses when I said that they messed up, as a result, they bent 3 weeks without concessions, plus the fact that I waited a month. He freaked out, paid and took it away. I turned to the second one, they didn't take it at all, they told us it was difficult, apparently it was calmer to stretch the rings on the stream, although it was put that we were so different. I went to Jstudio. A pleasant girl is the manager, everything is culturally, at the level, the master himself came, discussed, calmly counted everything, agreed on deadlines (by the way, quite democratic, about a week, despite the fact that the order was not easy, there are technical nuances). I passed it. After 4 hours, they call - it's done! 4 o'clock Carl!!! Some have been bent for 3 weeks, others have not taken hold at all! I flew there. It's done just great! The master is a virtuoso! I'm shocked! Even the remnants of gold were poured into the ingot! Now I will only advise my friends there. This is a really professional service from the receptionist to the master, who also managed to surprise me so much! I don't have the words. I definitely recommend it!
