A good hotel, quite consistent with its stated stars. The cleanliness and novelty of the furniture is even higher. Polite staff, good service. Surprisingly stylish and pleasant cafe, everything is very good and varied for breakfast. There are no refrigerators and air conditioning in the rooms, there is no balcony. But this is not the south, it is quite normal and enough for a couple of nights.
The location is convenient. Although not in the center of Minsk, it is very convenient to get to the center by bus along the belt. There is also a large Hippo shopping center nearby, where everything is available - a supermarket with food and souvenirs, a Cornflower cafe (a good Belarusian cafe chain) and a currency exchange.
I was on a business trip to Smolensk. I visited Minsk and spent the night at this hotel. Near the Hippo shopping Center. If anyone wants to eat good Belarusian pancakes and borscht, then next to the Vietnamese cafe Minutka, where they feed from the heart and are not even very expensive. The hotel is clean, tidy, and the staff is very polite. The room is quite Spartan. There is a bed, a table, a TV, the Internet is fast. In the shower stall, the shower is located very high, it is problematic to adjust its position because I am not a basketball player. Everything you need is in the room. The breakfast buffet, well, is very modest in assortment, but everything is delicious and I did not stay hungry, I ate heartily so that I had enough until the evening.
In general, if you do not bother and do not require something unusual from a two-star hotel, then the most important thing is to stay in it.
I recommend.
The rooms are clean and spacious. A varied breakfast, it is convenient that the buffet. Location-aside and in people, easy to get to the center, near a large supermarket and an exchange office.
Disadvantages are the lack of a refrigerator and a kettle in the room. For boiling water, you have to constantly run to the 1st floor and save something, for example yogurt, a big problem ...
In general, I liked it, you can live)
A very comfortable hotel for its price. It has a good location and its own Parking (by the way, there is a Lukoil gas station nearby, where there is 100 gasoline). A pretty good and delicious breakfast in the morning. You can have lunch and dinner at the same cafe.
I liked. If I find myself in Minsk again, I will definitely consider this hotel as an option for a stopover.
Excellent economy hotel, rooms are clean, cleaning every day. The linen in the room is clean, there is both shampoo and shower gel in the shower. I had a single room with breakfast in the cafe at the hotel. It's quite a decent place, with a variety of dishes. The hotel can be reached from the center in 20 minutes by public transport. The disadvantage of this hotel is that there is no kettle and refrigerator in the room and drinking water is only on the 1st floor. But the hotel has only 2 stars - so it's fine. I also want to note the area around the hotel - cleanliness, a lot of benches for recreation.
Nice hotel. Economically. Not in the center, but there is a lot of public transport nearby, it runs well and until late. The staff is very friendly. Thanks to the girls at the reception for helping me with my card situation. Please note that there is a water cooler only on the 1st floor - the thermocup helped me out a lot. The room is clean and tidy. I recommend it!
We lived for 4 days in early October. Our room was small, but with a huge bathroom. The furniture is good, the mattress is comfortable. Wi-Fi in the room (3rd floor) caught perfectly. It was very warm (heating). The staff is friendly. We ate at the cafe at the hotel and were delighted with the food on the menu - everything is very tasty and large portions - the prices are acceptable. I also liked the buffet breakfast (22 br): very tasty sausages, mannikin, dairy products - in my opinion, an assortment for any (adequate) taste. In general, we are 100% free%
This is a great hotel. Clean and tidy. Everything in the room was working and everything was functioning. The breakfasts are decent, buffet style, everything is very tasty. Friendly staff. Not far from the center. I liked. I will definitely stay here on my next visit. I recommend.
Pros: delicious varied breakfasts (buffet), spacious rooms, a normal location (the center can be reached in 20 minutes by trolleybuses or buses), responsive staff.
Cons: fungus in the bathroom and in the shower, and between the tiles; lack of air conditioning (in summer you can suffocate); hot water only in the cooler on the ground floor; there is also no refrigerator.
The price-quality ratio is super. The rooms are clean. Everything in the cafe is delicious and at an affordable price. Large parking for transport. I am absolutely satisfied with my stay in this hotel. I definitely recommend it for a budget stay.
The hotel is two stars.
Clean, rooms are cleaned daily.
Breakfast is a buffet, everything you need for a full breakfast.
Nearby there is a large supermarket 3 minutes walk away, everything you need can be purchased. You can have dinner at the cafe in the hotel, the food is fine, the prices are reasonable.
Everything is comfortable and neat.
The price/quality is consistent. There is a grocery supermarket nearby. There are public transport stops nearby. It wasn't difficult for me to get where I needed to go.
On the ground floor there is a restaurant where you can take breakfast and possibly lunch and dinner (buffet) for an additional fee. I didn't use it.
There is a cooler on the ground floor.
At the reception, someone is more friendly / someone is less. But there was no rudeness.
I didn't notice that the room was cleaned. But the garbage was taken out. The towels were changed upon request.
We stayed at the hotel for only one day and the hotel is quite suitable for this purpose.
The room is nice, with a large bed and a bathroom, hygiene products and towels were put in.
We did not order food, but breakfast is offered for 22 bel.rubles. It seems to be a buffet.
There are several shops and shopping centers with food courts nearby, so in principle, it is difficult to stay hungry)
The girls at the reception are very nice and responsive.
The hotel is located near the Kommunarka factory, so I advise you to plan an excursion there in advance) there is a trolleybus and bus stop nearby, which go both to the city center and directly to the train stations (auto and railway), but the road generally takes 15 minutes without traffic jams.
The area itself is something like an industrial housing estate, around Rokossovsky Avenue. There are large parks nearby and it is quite quiet, but also a busy highway is a stone's throw away.
Among the disadvantages: drinking water, hot water for tea/coffee from the cooler, hair dryer and iron only on the ground floor. And if you have settled on the 3rd floor in a standard room, like us, then you will have a fun ride in the elevator with scalding cups of water.
But they immediately warn about such an inconvenience at the reception and in booking, so everything is honest, so to speak)
For your money, it's a great option. Clean linen, comfortable clean rooms. Excellent staff. Quick registration, accommodation. There is a transport stop and a large shopping center nearby. Delicious breakfast buffet.
Everything is simple but clean here. The staff is pleasant. The bed linen and towels are clean, soap, shampoo and shower gel are laid out. My room had only furniture, a TV and glasses. In the bathroom of the room: toilet, sink, shower. There was no refrigerator, kettle, or air conditioner. It suited me, since I only came to the hotel to spend the night.
The cooler is on the ground floor. If you need to leave food in the refrigerator, then give it to the receptionist (pick it up through her too).
There is a cafe in the hotel (the prices are not small, but the food is like in the dining room). I had to eat there once...
there are several public transport stops nearby. There was always room for a car in the parking lot.
There is a free luggage storage for things (you can leave them after checking out of the room). This is not some kind of closet in the hallway, but a whole room with shelves, locked.
Good value for money.
I really liked the hotel. Clean spacious rooms, fresh linen, room cleaning every day. Friendly staff, delicious cuisine, quite convenient location
We will definitely stop again
A good hotel in its price category. New furniture, fresh renovation, fresh linen, clean and warm rooms, parking spaces and helpful staff. One of the disadvantages is an expensive breakfast, but it is not imposed
I liked everything) The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The hotel itself is very quiet and comfortable to relax in, despite the fact that it is close to the roads. Good transport accessibility and lots of shops for every taste!))Next time I will definitely stay there)
For its price, it is a good option, it is quite possible to stay for 1-2 nights.
Everything you need in the room is there, well, that is, almost everything - you had to ask the administrator for a hairdryer separately. The room is small, the bed is quite comfortable. The carpet on the floor is stained, you don't walk barefoot.
The shower stall is flimsy, you step on it and it warps, but it held up. And it didn't flow anywhere. There is a water cooler only on the 1st floor, and when the water ran out in it in the evening, no one changed the bottle, I had to buy bottled water.
I was pleased with the breakfast- it was not particularly tasty, but no one will go hungry for any appetite, there is a large selection of food and drinks.
I understand that everything is very good for 2*, but there are moments that cannot be justified by any "stardom" - mold in the shower and garbage on the stairs. The impression is that the garbage from above will just mix down so that it is below the 1st floor, where it lies. The stairs had obviously not been washed for a long time. I publish photos from the bathroom in the hope that employees will pay attention to this, because it is not difficult to eliminate it at all. Minus 1 star for exactly that!
We were in Minsk at a concert recently, we did not return home that day, we had to spend the night. We chose this hotel and did not regret it: a 2-room room, with a shower-toilet in the room, with a TV in each room, 2 towels. yes, without a hair dryer and white coats with slippers, but everything is very clean, neat, decent. the room cost 147p, and in the morning 22p buffet breakfast is very normal in the cafe at the same hotel. I definitely recommend it if you need to spend the night or two.
It's a pretty good hotel, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is not very good, of course, the breakfasts are delicious, everything is simple but fresh. The location is good, easily accessible by public transport, there is a large grocery store across the street
The hotel is actually not bad, everything is clean, cleaned often, for the price - it was the best option. There is a supermarket nearby, good accessibility by public transport and taxi. The hotel has a restaurant, a buffet breakfast - 22 rubles per person, there is something to choose, even for a child.
A good hotel for a reasonable price has everything you need nearby: a shop, cafes, transport stops from which you can go directly to the city center. The only thing that upset me was the lack of kettles .There are also delicious breakfasts in the dining room located inside the hotel itself.
Clean, quiet, one can say with a slight quiet sadness, the hotel, like something from the past, with limited funds, is not very bad, for example, on a business trip or at work. There is also a morning buffet breakfast with a good selection. There is a cafe nearby on the street. Unfortunately not in the room
a small refrigerator for a 2-star hotel somehow does not fit, but there is quite wifi. There are only 20 programs on TV, as it turned out, this is very small for a hotel, now connecting sat or cable is not a problem. The beds are slightly separate, the toilet is shared with a shower in a two-bed room. Yes, it is quiet and clean, but very simple, but the overall impression is still positive, so we put 5 stars on the announcement. Go ahead, friends, start with TV :)
The location is good.Transport accessibility is excellent, close to a shopping center and shops.
The staff is very friendly, the girls at the reception desk are great, they will always prompt and help if necessary.
Let's start with the pros: friendly and friendly staff, they will show you everything, there are no problems with check-in, a good cafe and affordable prices, everything is very tasty, free room service, which is also super (I can't say anything about breakfast- I didn't take it), good location near the hotel, but it's a long way to the metro, near the shopping center with a large grocery store and an exchange office, a pharmacy, an electronics store, various cafes like fast food and national cuisine, partially new furniture in the room. Comfortable beds, clean bed linen.
now about the cons (they are also in the photo):
in my 1st standard room, except for 1 pack of shampoo and soap, 2 towels, 1 cup and a spoon for shoes, there was nothing. Cleaning of the room for 3 days of stay was not carried out even once, although the workload of the hotel is very low. There is no water in the room, as well as on the floor, there is also no kettle and refrigerator, perhaps they are in superior rooms, but that's another question. You need to go to the 1st floor for water and then go back to the room with boiling water, as expected, there is also nowhere to take tea.
The first thing that caught my eye was the dirty and sometimes damaged carpet, an armchair that has been standing in this hotel apparently since the very beginning of its work.
The bathroom is generally a separate thing that I would like to talk about.
there was no shelf near the mirror in the shower, only two towels and, most importantly, this is a shower holder - it is designed apparently for people 2.00+ tall, because at 160 I could not reach it even on my toes. The water is very cold, there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom (probably due to poor ventilation), the hotel does not provide a dental kit, shaving kit, slippers after all. The shower stall is dirty and closes very weakly, leaving the shower all the water is all over the bathroom.
Well, the highlight of the program, so to speak, the cherry on the cake is a hair dryer. I refuse to comment on anything about him, everything is already visible in the photo. I just don't understand how you can give this to a guest.
Overall, I liked it. Attentive and polite girls at the reception. The hotel has 2 elevators, a refrigerator and a hair dryer at the reception, there is an ironing room (not used), a cooler at the reception (perhaps the only thing that is inconvenient). Nearby there is a cafe, a large grocery store, transport stops (12-15 minutes to the train station by trolleybus), park.
A very nice hotel! Convenient location in a residential area, you can easily get to the center of Minsk in 15 minutes by trolleybus number 3 or 16. Nearby there is a large Hippo hypermarket, the famous Cornflowers. We spent two nights at the hotel in different rooms, we liked the suite more than the two-room one. The suite has somehow cleaner and newer furniture, bathroom + there is a refrigerator. The hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient when you have a heavy suitcase. There is also a free luggage storage, which can be used even if you have checked out of the room. I recommend it!
There is a TV , but you need to turn on the button on the TV itself , or the remote control does not work or the batteries are old. The room was big enough for a night stay. The room has a bedroom with 2 double beds with large spacious wardrobes+ another room with a sofa , a table, a mirror, a bath and a toilet combined. There is a Wi-Fi connection from the hotel. I booked a hotel in Russia 💺 made an advance payment, the rest was written that they would take it in rubles, but they took it in Belarusian using the mir card 🌏 the conversion turned out to be more expensive. So take their currency with you and pay in Belarusian rubles, it will be cheaper. What I didn't like was the cafe or restaurant at the hotel, if you arrive in the evening, then you are not there, there is practically nothing there. Coffee was sold to me there for 25 Belarusian rubles. When asked why it was so expensive , the young man hurriedly left , he probably thinks that people can 't count. But okay, everyone wants to eat, I decided for myself that I tipped. There is a supermarket nearby, relatively close to the intersection, it is open until 2 am.You can also buy an MTS SIM card there- it cost 30 rubles. belor. , it has unlimited Internet 💸+ 700 minutes. MTS salon is open from 10 a.m.If you arrive by plane, then there is a bus 300E from the Airport to the Chygunachny railway station, there you can transfer to the trolleybus 36 and go to the hotel.
I am writing from my first impressions of one night: a single room with a prepaid breakfast, this hotel was booked by a tour operator organizing a tour to Belarus, there is one glass and a large dish in the room, there is no refrigerator, there are no coolers on the floor, there is a cooler at the reception, but upon my arrival at 23.00 it was empty, in the morning at 8.30 too empty, perhaps the water has run out and new bottles have not yet been brought, but the lack of drinking water in easy access is annoying in principle, because there are no kettles in the rooms, which means there is no way to organize a hot drink for yourself. The room area is good, free, 2 towels are offered (for face and body), a sanitary set (soap, shampoo, shower gel). The sink is small, and when you bend over, the shelf at the mirror gets in the way, you need to carefully fit into the space, there were no difficulties for me, but it will not be easy for large people. The shower cabin is also too narrow for large people. A big plus is that the heated towel rail is working, you can dry both things and a towel. There is a bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a table, a chair, a TV. There are several sockets near the table, one by the bed, and one on a separate wall. There is a restaurant at the hotel, I had breakfast included (buffet), everything is as usual in standard good buffets, there is no problem to have a hearty breakfast. The staff at the cafe is very pleasant and polite. The receptionist at the reception is working actively, quickly, if a large group arrives, it will probably be longer. I can't say anything about the distance from the city center yet, I arrived late, by transfer, and it was no more than 10-15 minutes from the train station.
A clean and tidy hotel. It seems to me that the hotel building is from Soviet times, but it has been renovated well - the room is fresh, clean, the furniture and plumbing are new. Not in the city center. Our Windows overlooked the industrial area, but the view was quite acceptable, there was no noise. On the other hand, a pleasant residential area. The cafe is open from 7 to 23. The food is good, buffet style. The metro is not nearby, but there is a bus and a trolleybus nearby. The contingent is normal - both people with children and even clearly foreigners from far abroad. I didn't find a water cooler, there was no hair dryer in the room.
I rented a single room for 2 days.
Clear. They cleaned without me on the 2nd day. I understand that it may be pleasant in hotels, but a little unpleasant.
There are not enough screens for windows. Insects fly in.
There was not enough kettle in the room.
Just to have a coffee in the morning.
The second day of the stay was frustrated by the fact that there was no hot water.
I understand that the shutdown does not depend on them, but the hotel could have taken care of installing water heaters for many years.
I will also note 2 huge advantages.
I arrived before 14.00 and I was checked in earlier.
I left Minsk at night, and the check-out was at 12.00, I was allowed to leave my things in the luggage room at no extra charge.
There is public transport near the hotel, so getting to the right places was not a problem.
The hotel is exactly 2 stars. 5 tram stops from the railway station.
The room is small.
We were refused early check-in and late check-out, apparently there was a lot of workload. But things were taken to the luggage room before arrival.
There is no refrigerator and kettle in the room, only 2 glasses. Cooler on the 1st floor - if you want to drink tea, run with boiling water in a glass. There is a refrigerator, but only in the administration, one for everyone - you hand over the products at the reception and receive them there.
The self-service room is listed on the 3rd floor, but in fact it does not exist, there is only an ironing room on the ground floor.
There were obvious problems with the improvement of our room - the shower door slammed badly, plus something happened to the drain, which caused water to fill the tray in a minute, almost to the top. The shower fasteners are at such a height that my husband and I, with our height of 162, simply cannot reach. There were only 2 towels per person (in other hotels we were given 3 each).
There is a cafe in the hotel. Breakfast (buffet) 22 rubles per person. Lunch is not much cheaper than in Minsk restaurants, although the dishes are like in a regular dining room.
There is an air of indifference from the girls at the reception, as well as from the hotel itself. I wouldn't go back there again.
In general, everything is fine. The room was clean, odorless and with completely intact furniture. I would like a small refrigerator and cool in the shower because of a small heated towel rail as heating for a relatively large room.
Nice, clean hotel. The only disadvantage was that the planned shutdown of hot water and it was very stuffy and hot in the rooms, even if there was a weak fan, at least in the family rooms. And nets on the windows from mosquitoes and flies would not hurt. Overall, it's great for the money! Clean, the linen is white, the towels are clean, the room was cleaned- the garbage bags were changed) there was no wet cleaning and towel change in 4 days, but probably it should be like this) soap accessories were available, but not used, we carry our own, so I can't say in terms of quality. The staff is very polite and friendly, the elevator is working properly. We went to breakfast once, the price is a little too high, in my opinion. There are transport stops nearby, there is a parking lot for cars. Nearby in the shopping center are the famous Cornflowers cafe, where we had breakfast and dinner. If you do not need a center, you are in your car and do not get into the planned shutdown of hot water - you can safely move in) for myself personally, I concluded that it is better to overpay, but live in the center and with a hot shower)
Clean, check in quickly, cool in the room. There is no air conditioning. The breakfast is delicious, standard. The TV is small, the furniture is chipboard, it will go to spend the night at work if you are alone. There is always parking nearby.
We were there 2 times in July and August 2024, in different rooms. It's simple, we just needed to spend the night and have breakfast.
The first time we didn't like the breakfast (buffet), everything was kind of sour. The second time it was better - they ate everything they took.
I liked the pillows, they are rare in hotels, they are usually huge- and there they are just right, well, the staff is good.
Cleanliness is 4.
It turned out to park the car for the second time only somewhere on the side, out of sight.
We stayed at this hotel for one night and everything went great. The room is 2 rooms cozy and clean, toilet and shower in the room, TV, wifi, everything as stated at check-in. Nearby there is a grocery market, Hippos, cafes, pharmacies, etc. The administrators are friendly. We were satisfied!
There is a lack of a refrigerator in the room and an air conditioner or at least a fan. The reception service is very good. The pricing policy is acceptable. It 's clean and cozy . Thank you.
The cooler is only at the reception and this is actually the only big inconvenience. The service and rooms are good. There is no problem with food - there is a cafe on the ground floor, if cheaper - a 5-minute walk to the Hippo shopping center. There is public transport and Yandex taxi without problems.
So if the visitors are without serious requests and requirements, then everything is ok!
Good hotel, close to the center, by bus min 20, to the Commune on foot min 30, by trolleybus several stops.
A good buffet, you can leave things in the luggage room for a while, the elevator operation leaves much to be desired
Good beds, bed linen, lots of closets, no slippers, and no shoe spoons
There is no kettle, dishes,(knife,forks,spoons)
There is enough light in the room.
The terrible thing is that there are no shelves in the bathroom, there is nowhere to put the necessary accessories, elementary soap, washcloth, toothpaste.
It is convenient that there is a shopping center nearby, transport runs until 23:30 and quite a lot, so it is easy to get to the hotel
The receptionists are not particularly kind, but they meet us halfway
In general, the hotel is very decent. I was very pleased with the size of the rooms. We took a double room, and there were 2 rooms in it. Very convenient. Plus, many hotels suffer from lighting problems in the rooms. They did so great here, they connected as many as 3 lamps. It is very light and comfortable, there is enough lighting for the whole room, otherwise it happens like you live in a basement.
Great breakfasts. A cozy restaurant. A great location, near the Hippo store where you can change money and have a snack.
Among the disadvantages is the lack of a refrigerator and a hair dryer in each room. It is inconvenient to run from the roundabout to the first floor with hot water, there are no kettles and coolers on the floor
A very interesting hotel, there is no water, only cold.. but it's as cold as an ice hole. There are a lot of closets, it is very convenient if you brought 4 suitcases of evening dresses, like me. The carpet is very pleasant, it feels like millions of legs have run over it, in his entire current life. A pleasant covering of the walls, as if you live on the street of Italy. Those who love animals are also a great option, open the window rather and turn on the light.
We stayed here for the first time (two adults + a child). The atmosphere of the Soviet era, however, should not be considered as nothing negative! Rooms are clean, beds, TV in every room. The bathroom is spacious, there is cold/hot water, shower. An iron and a hair dryer seem to be at the reception. We used the hotel as a place to relax after long walks, get some sleep and get ready to hit the road again. She did a great job with these tasks! The staff is friendly, the location is convenient, 15-20 minutes from the train station.
The rooms are spacious, two-room, the children and I are fine. There is a good spacious place for a group to stay. It's clean enough. There is a hypermarket opposite, several good cafes.
Of the minuses, the location is on the outskirts, far from the center, there is no metro nearby. The bathroom has a very small sink, although the space allows.
It's not bad for 2 stars.
The hotel is decent, clean. There is a TV, shower and toilet in the room. Lots of closets. It is not convenient that there is no kettle or cooler with boiling water in the room. To make coffee or tea, you need to go down to the first floor.
It's a terrible place, I don't recommend it to anyone. There is 1 water cooler on 9 floors (spoiler, thank you that at least there is hot water here) there are no kettles in the rooms, it is still tolerable 2 stars nevertheless. There are only 2 unhurried elevators, you can wait 15 minutes. The room had a terribly dirty carpet and smelled of socks. The bedding seems to be clean, but the overall impression is terrible. And most importantly, when we arrived, it turned out that their hot water was turned off (!!!). It always seemed that in such places there should be boilers, or other systems in such a case. Naturally, no one warned us in advance, like they posted it somewhere on the portal. But, considering that you take contacts, you could at least write to the post office. When I asked if they could provide a basin and kettle/hot water in this case, the answer was no. The money was taken in full, no discounts for the inconvenience. I left there the next day, because it was a late check-in, and with all my desire there was nowhere to go. Naturally, no one reimbursed the second paid day either. If you don't want to spoil the impression of Minsk and Belarusians, don't come here. You will get neither understanding nor service here.
We lived as a family for five days in early July. Pros: a large spacious two-room room with a huge number of closets (to be honest, it's unclear why). The bed linen is clean, of good quality, there is carpet on the floor, and the room has good sound insulation. The advantages include the location of the hotel near the city center, with a good transport interchange, a large car park, a good shopping center and a gas station nearby, there is a cafe. Now to the cons: upon entering the room, I found a sock on the floor behind the curtain (thank you, at least clean), apparently from the previous guest, and a paper receipt. The room configuration is quite strange: in a four-bed room there is one small trash can for 2-3 liters, in a bathroom large enough in area there is a very small uncomfortable sink, there is no refrigerator, air conditioning, there is not even a shoe horn, there is no drinking water either in the room or on the floor. There is a single cooler at the reception in a fairly large hotel. The refrigerator is also only at the administrators, there is no freezer in it. The staff behaves very restrained, they did not notice any cordiality and hospitality, no one smiles, does not greet the first, in response to my greetings to the maids in the form of a found sock and a receipt from the previous guest, no one even apologized, as if there was nothing special about it. In general, I think that these disadvantages will be eliminated in the near future, and guests will be happy to stay at this hotel in a beautiful city.
