Since 2014, they have been trying to have children on their own. And by 2020, they were ready for IVF, applied to this medical center, before that they just underwent an examination at a polyclinic. There was a male factor and IVF was prescribed, she became pregnant on the second attempt) On the second attempt, the embryos were frozen and in 2024 a daughter was born from thawed embryos. I recommend this center to everyone, with me out of 7 girls on the hook-up, 5 with a positive result. I understand that it may have happened that way, and it's not every time you get this kind of performance. But I am very glad that I came here and I wish everyone to become parents as soon as possible)

Disgusting attitude towards customers! They're stuck in the 90s, don't waste your time and money here! I had 2 IVF attempts with Dr. Zhukovskaya, more than a year of constant appointments, tests, consultations, and she met me every time as a new patient, and all because they work on the principle of a conveyor belt. One person is sitting at her reception, the second is already being examined in the next office and is waiting for her. I am very sorry for the lost time. After this clinic, we turned to Eva and realized that there is generally a different level of service and modern technology!

If it were possible to put the stars in the negative, then they would have -100.It's the worst center I've ever met.I took a NIPT test there, this is a genetic analysis that is not very cheap (1200r)In my situation, I paid for the time (the question was about termination of pregnancy due to the risk of Down syndrome), at that time I was satisfied with the time of production of the analysis and the cost.On their website it is indicated that the analysis is done within 7-10 working days, I was warned by phone that there may be delays of up to 14 working days, I was ready to wait so long.When I arrived there, the first thing that confused me was that there was a girl at the reception who mistakenly confused the patients and sent one for a puncture, and the second for a transplant, but it was necessary the other way around.And the second girl was arguing with someone on the phone about the tests.But I took their test anyway.Of all the documents, I had only one tiny check and that was it. ...When analyzing 1200 rubles, they did not even give a contract.I passed the analysis on December 17 and first received half of it on January 3, and they called me and said that I needed to retake the analysis again because there was not enough material.But I was able to take the test again only on January 8, because there are holidays in Moscow.I came back to them, Svetlana Viktorovna (the director of the clinic) personally talked to me and assured me that they would urgently do an analysis in 5 days, I believed her in words.And as a result, I was deceived again and there was no result again.As a result, the analysis came to me only on January 17th, THIS IS A MONTH!!!!!And they should have done it in 7-10 days.Thank God the analysis came good, but if it were otherwise, it would be very difficult for me because the child has already started to move.What I want to end up with, NEVER TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT!!!!!!And ask for documents, because I was told that we did not conclude an agreement with you. I was booked for an important genetic analysis two weeks before the delivery, for 28.12 which is done in Moscow, I arrived on the day of delivery, at the reception the girl said, sorry, we won't be able to take it today, only after January 8. Your phone was lost and couldn't be reported. Although on the eve of my arrival, I dialed this clinic 2 times and clarified how and what. The analysis is very urgent and important and also expensive (860 bel rub). The issue is urgent and urgent. And no one cares that a person arrived from another city by 8 a.m. They just forgot to tell me. After leaving, upset, I called Gravity at Belsky 23. I explained the situation to the operator, they immediately accepted, without recording, the analysis was sent to Moscow! Apparently, IVF needs to learn how to work, as other clinics do! I will not apply to IVF anymore and I do not advise everyone! Irresponsibility!

For many years it was not possible to get pregnant and they turned to the Center with great hope that maybe a ray of little light would appear in our family.... Yes...a lot of money has been spent ...., the services are expensive ....., but can they compare with the smile of your own child?....this sweet expectation of a little man in your family ....?
Many thanks to the staff of the Center!! They supported and answered your questions!! It's one thing to read information about IVF, but it's another thing to go through it yourself... We decided to trust Svetlana Viktorovna and follow her recommendations.....How many times have I been amazed by her activity and endurance!!..The flow of customers in the center is large....consultations, operations, consultations again....and she manages to do all this, albeit with small delays.. and so it is every day!!!!...Without unnecessary words and deferambs, he clearly understands, knows and does his job. I listened to what she said and followed through, if there were questions, I asked and received adequate answers. I am Infinitely Grateful to her! She is a competent doctor!!
At the reception of the center there are collages of photos of children who were born thanks to the center....There are many of them...and while you're waiting for a consultation, you look at them...and you hope that maybe a photo of your child can get there soon...You look at pregnant women who got pregnant thanks to the center and came for a consultation..And the belief that everything will work out begins to grow!!! No one promised us that everything would work out, we came to the center ourselves, no one pulled us there!! Someone gets kids easily, but someone, unfortunately, does not. And thank God that there are such centers and people to whom you can turn for help, even if it costs a lot of money!!! Don't lose hope!! How many childless couples regret not having IVF, and it's too late!! We need to try!! And the little sun will come to your house!
It's not easy....We went to the center from another city, 110 km away. back and forth in a day, two, a week .... in frost, fog, ice, heat for a consultation in ten minutes. But that didn't stop us. There are many such pairs....young, beautiful and not so beautiful women and men from all over the republic come to the center for the hope of becoming parents... And when there is a vase with beautiful roses at the reception...so someone's dream has come true....From my observations))))
I hesitated to write a review for a long time, I waited for our little daughter to grow up ...

I have never written reviews, but I want people like me not to fall for the trick of scammers, how much pain and disappointment this center brought me, I cannot express in words, almost brought our family to divorce, and also lost time and amounts of money (equal to a good car). Endless tests and pumping out money, the IVF program does not include: storage, freezing, defrosting, and to join the program, despite their young age, you need to practically hand over their genetic passport, this is 3000 bel rubles, which is needed if there are problems of a completely different nature. In 2 years of trips to them, I met the girls, and all the results are 0. They have a good lawyer and endless courts, they do not help, but hide behind acts of completed work, it's funny and painful! I stopped believing and it seemed to me that there was a catch everywhere, while believing the real stories from Instagram, the girls who had come a long way, collected information bit by bit and went to another clinic, where they helped me. I will not name the clinic, as this is not an advertisement. Before going anywhere, you need to focus on chats and real results, believing their website and hyped reviews, I fell into such a trap that I still can't forgive myself how much health, money and time I spent on trips and at the same time did not help, who put on the crown of this Polish Zhukovskaya and how you can cheat in Belarus, and to be unpunished, why there are no real statistics and this private center, working without statistics, will not be closed, not for the result. This is my story, one of the few victims, and how many have not yet written and will not write, since they have already been helped so much by Surganov that other clinics simply did not take them into the IVF protocol due to possible ovarian cancer from such a number of stimulations. I used to think the reviews were written by the offended, now I realized that they were writing to warn and once I did not believe them.

When asked to find out the price by phone, the price was always different upon arrival. Although I asked everything specifically and precisely according to the doctor's list!!! These are questions for the reception! Some called to warn about the recording (Alexandra), others did not call at all...
Svetlana Viktorovna and Anna Vitalievna are doctors from God! All questions are answered, clarified, attentive, if necessary, an extract of tests on hand, you can also send it to @ mail
If there are partial analyses from other clinics or the state and according to the protocol (by date) all are valid, they are taken into account and a CONSULTATION is given on their basis!!!!
Sometimes the reception is delayed, Anna Vit-na can sometimes take it earlier! It depends on the workload and patient acceptance! One has questions for 15 minutes, the other for 5 minutes!!!
They said there is no specific time allotted for receiving patients at the reception, maybe that's why they are delaying appointments!!!
If something comes to light, they immediately talk about it!!!!
I'm fine, maybe that's why I have a good review!!!
The endocrinologist is good, only sees on Tuesdays and Thursdays, very humane and experienced as a doctor!!!
They always meet and wait well!!! Masks and gloves will be provided if not, treat your hands!!! It is unpleasant when at the reception in the presence of patients they whisper and look, there may be an opinion that they are discussing.
But many people come with their pain to solve health issues...it is unpleasant if they discuss it, but whether it is so remains a mystery!

But in another place they were given to listen to the heartbeat and told in detail how and what happened to the fetus. They just looked at it and said that everything was fine. I signed up for the center just to do an ultrasound of the fetus. The website states that they have 3D and 4D ultrasound with photos, video recording, etc. I called, they told me that yes, recording is possible and you can bring your own disk or flash drive for video. The price was 35 rubles, instead of 60-70 in other medical centers. I went through the suburbs to this IVF, I saw bad reviews, but I thought I just had an ultrasound, that there could be such a thing. When I paid and went into the office, there was the first surprise - they don't have a record on the disc! Only on a flash drive. They started to do an ultrasound and then the second one, it turned out, was a simple 2D device. And the doctor was surprised when she found out that I wanted 3D!! Let's go to the administrator, she doesn't seem to know what works and how they work, and the 3D device has been broken for a long time! Terrible service and employee awareness! I wasted 2 hours of my time and missed the whole day because of them, although I could have signed up for another place where everything is exactly there and working!! The money was returned, but there is no ultrasound. It's a disappointment. I don't recommend it.

We have heard a lot about the IVF center on Surganova, all the reviews were only positive. We came here with a problem of infertility. Tests were immediately scheduled. It turned out that my husband had a complicated diagnosis. But therapy for a whole year has borne fruit, or rather fruit, in the person of a boy who is already running! I have never seen such attention from the staff anywhere. Moreover, the doctors are all sensible, they perfectly understand the essence of the problem. No one prescribed treatment for us until the diagnosis was confirmed. Therefore, I will plan my second pregnancy only with IVF. I recommend this clinic.

Treatment based on light therapy was prescribed (she completed 3 courses). As the tests showed, the whole problem was in the endometrium. But the doctor fixed everything and I managed to carry my son. Thanks to everyone, from the managers to my attending physician.
