They ruined my Max Mara wool coat, which I sewed to order.
I thought he would just be "refreshed" after the first season of socks, but he was ruined trying to remove a couple of pellets on his sleeves.
For me, a lesson for the future is to always check things on the spot (this time I handed over about 7 items of outerwear along with this coat, so I did not consider it so meticulously)
I want to say that this dry cleaner generally copes well with down jackets, although there was still a problem with one. When I picked up my down jacket, I found small puffs all over the jacket on the spot, as if they had been made with a needle. Fortunately, I was compensated for its 50% cost, realizing that it was a joint due to improper drying.
No, I won't take any more of them to this dry cleaner.

I don't quite understand why the rating is 4.4 here. I tried to clean the down jacket. They refused due to the fact that it is not monotonous. They told him he needed a special cleaning and sent him somewhere other than Belinsky. I went to another dry cleaner in the area. Everything was accepted normally and I didn't have to go anywhere. It's weird in general. Why are there good grades here?

I left a long demi-season coat at this dry cleaner's. The coat was basically spotless, it just needed to be refreshed before the start of the season. BUT there was a nuance - a lot of pellets. Other dry cleaners warned me that they would not be able to remove all the pellets, so I was looking for where everything could be done properly. My expectations were fully met - the coat was returned in excellent condition, all the pellets were completely removed. Thank you very much!
