I stayed at this hotel from November 1st to November 18th. This is the first time in a hotel of this type : calm, quiet, kind of intimate , with a courtyard and a swimming pool. Complete peace ...
The room was large and cleaned very well. A bottle of water was brought to the room every day. Safe deposit. The air conditioner worked flawlessly and was quiet enough.
The beach is across the bridge . There are 2 piers with sun loungers with a canopy . The entrance to the sea is beautiful. It is said that this is the best beach in Hurghada.
After the renovation, a restaurant was opened on the 6th floor with a beautiful terrace and a view. The food was acceptable to me - I'm not picky, I come
exclusively for relaxation and the sea. The waiters are attentive. The chefs are wonderful.
I would like to note that during my stay at the hotel, I saw the administration with the manager, who constantly noted something and asked the vacationers what they would like to change and improve.
I have been to Hurghada 20 times, but I have never felt such satisfaction and peace as this time in this hotel.
And the environment was great - there were many vacationers from Europe and former Russian speakers. There were intelligent Egyptians with families . All people are friendly and smiling . There was no "bazaar".
I would not like to write banal phrases like " as you are , so to you " , but it really is ! it is we who form the environment and the desired state of things for us .
Thank you all! I wish the hotel prosperity! For vacationers, good weather and a mood for rest , despite some shortcomings .
We stayed at this hotel from 12/23/24 to 12/31/14. We lived in room 1313 of the building where the reception is. The room is spacious, cleaned every day. Of course, in a woman's opinion, windows need to be washed, there are no shampoos, shower gels, only liquid soap. The food was good. I had lunch on the beach a couple of times, it's inconvenient, there are high tables and you can't see what's where. There weren't enough tables. As it is, there are no complaints about the menu. Fish, chicken every day, beef patties, liver were cooked. Very tasty falafels. The territory is small but cozy. There were plenty of sun beds, but it wasn't in season. We swam with pleasure. At the check-out, and we were picked up at five in the morning, we were given a lunch box. A couple of sandwiches, cucumber, tomato, tangerine and juice, and two sweet rolls. The location of the hotel is excellent, I liked everything. If there is an opportunity, we will come again.
I read the reviews here, I was afraid to go. In general, everything is normal. However, I do not know, maybe we were accommodated in a bad room, the windows faced the street, it was noisy, and pigeons hung out on the windowsill.
We had a vacation at the end of January, and we didn't swim in the pools, although the heated one was popular.
The hotel is better in person than in the photo. The design is a la Sicilian street.
At breakfast, everything was the same +-, but quite satisfying. Plus, there was a chef cooking scrambled eggs with a choice of ingredients. And there was a guy standing on the pancakes, too.
It's a really cool beach, even people from other hotels came there. There are bars, cafes, and a ping-pong table on the beach. Towels are provided by the wristband.
They didn't want to check in in the morning, they asked for 10 dollars, we decided to sit in the lobby, then they probably got tired of them, and they checked us in.
We took a dry ration on excursions twice. Of course, it's completely dry))) and cucumber, tomato and orange.
Out of 8 nights, we stayed only 4 in Hurghada, for us the hotel was more of a base where we could leave most of our belongings.
But we were fine.
There were no toilet accessories, that's a minus. There were no cups in the room. But that's okay. The hotel is on the first line, the sea is high. We swam in January)) However, on this beach, the guy was eaten by a shark at the age of 21.
