This is not the first time we visit this car wash on Alibegova, as it is conveniently located for us.
Previously, there were also issues with service and customer orientation, but we tried to turn a blind eye. For example, for a long time we were not told that there was a waiting area inside, we just waited outside, standing in the heat of + 30, forgot to wash the mats, waited for about an hour, although the usual time for such a sink is 30 minutes. It is also worth saying that we always took the same set of services- washing outside, mats, openings in the cabin. (Excuse me, who remembers the exact name of the service complexes?) This service has always cost 35 rubles.
But today, the service surprised me more than ever.
We planned to wash the car as usual and to the question of the maintenance staff - "how will we wash it?", we replied: "there is dust and mats outside and inside the cabin." To the clarifying question - "complex?" - we answered "well, yes," meaning, of course, an ordinary sink, which, as it later turned out, is called Standard, and under the Complex they sold us, of course, an "Elite complex", worth 2 times higher than the usual one. When we asked about the price, and why such a car wash was done in the end, the staff reacted perplexedly, generally pretending that we were fools.
Intentionally or not, the phrase "elite complex" was silent about the word "elite" and did not specify that this is a more expensive service - the question remains open. However, the answer is obvious to us.
We recommend avoiding this car wash, because even regular customers, in pursuit of short-term benefits, are trying to impose more expensive services.
It may be unprofitable for the staff to do a car wash for 35p and thus the service is trying to get rid of such customers.

I completely agree with the previous review.
This is really the worst car wash I've been to. Zero responsibility and respect for the client and his needs. They won't listen to you there and your opinion doesn't matter to them. Money thrown away and an attempt to spoil the mood. I won't go into details, but the money paid is not being worked off. They will find many reasons not to finish, redo, or just not do anything.

The staff is as non-customer-oriented as possible, the employee behaves as if the goal is to persuade the client to bypass this institution.To my hello, there was deathly silence, a sullen look and indifference, they did not offer to go into the waiting room, I was sitting outside on the metal railing next to my mats, which were subsequently wet on both sides put into the salon. The "ELIT" complex is worse than a self-service car wash, the whole car is streaked with dirty water and scratches, all the plastic of the interior is stained, worse than before the "wash".
If you have a well-maintained car and you love it, I would not advise you to bring it to this car wash.

It seems that you specifically communicate with customers in such a way that you do not return anymore. The sink itself is on 3 , we left in the sun, there were divorces in
some places. The price does not correspond to either the car wash or the service .

There are only 3 phases of detaling, brushes, a sponge and dead towels that dry on the street railing, collecting dust and sand.
The car rubs with one sponge and, as often happens, from the bottom up (taking all the dirt from the thresholds) I made a remark, received a comment from the cleaner - "I punched with water))"
The car is not washed, the body received a new batch of scratches.
I am not particularly upset, because there is a new polishing with ceramic application ahead.
Of course, this is better than an ordinary animal wash in one phase, but in a well-groomed car you go to another place.
2 stars only for the fact that, as a result, the cleaner learned to hear and turned off the negative.

I constantly service my car with the guys. They treat their work very conscientiously and responsibly. As in any job, there are "failures", but there has never been such a thing that they would not respond to feedback about their work, which means that they definitely value their customers and reputation. There is an additional place where you can wait for your car / have a cup of coffee and work at the laptop in parallel - which gives an additional level of comfort of being at the sink. I wish you good luck and keep up the pace!! Well done!

Everything was done very efficiently, it was nice to get into the car.
No streaks on the windows, mirrors. The interior was vacuumed as if the car was only from the salon.

They know their business and do everything very efficiently, NOT QUICKLY, quickly and efficiently does not happen!!! I want to express my gratitude to the staff of this detaling studio. The receptionist met me at the entrance to the gate. This competent and polite guy helped me choose the right range of services for the care of my car, answered all the questions, and I had a lot of them) To the guys who were engaged in my car, special thanks, they did the detaling, washing and dry cleaning of the child seat very efficiently, and most importantly quickly. The waiting room is a separate topic, I have not seen this anywhere else, neither in Russia, nor even in the Republic of Belarus, it is better to see it with my own eyes, I will not tell you) They treated me to delicious cocoa while I was waiting for my baby, and then they also made lattes with me on the road!)) I was also pleasantly surprised, payment by card, it is rare to find a "working terminal" in such an area, usually it is either simply not there, or "oh, sorry, there is no connection with the bank today, etc.." I will be happy to visit you, although geographically it is not very convenient for me, but yours the quality of services and services are worth it)

The car wash has become disgusting (or such a shift). I washed the car on 03/18/2012, all the sand on the doors remained, the mats just left wet, without even bothering to wipe them from the water. They wiped the sand on the doors with the same cloth and immediately rubbed the body dry. No one has wiped the stains from mirrors and pens. Before that, you had service-there were no such questions.

Manual car washing according to any program: from the simplest, technical car wash, to the full program, with wax application, drying and vacuuming the interior. They wash conscientiously: from the roof to the disks. The only drawback: there are problems with paying by card, but there are no comments on the quality of the sink, everything is fine.
