Good doctors. Everything is fine, there are no complaints. But the question is about the organization of this whole planning process. Why do all similar organizations call and send an additional message about the visit, so that you can clearly see. Why do you not have such an option, why, after sleeping for 2 hours after the night shift and, accordingly, not correctly hearing the information, the next day in the heat of 30 I have to go to the doctor, to whom I was already an hour late because I did not hear well. Of course, to call at 10 a.m. when I came from my shift at 8, I could not hear well and there was no repeated message to clearly see. Okay, I didn't hear my problem, but another question is, you're calling, and I'm a flight attendant and I'm not available, then you cancel my appointment, that I didn't answer!? I.e., before the day of reception, a month to call and ask if I want to postpone laziness, there is time, but there is no additional message to send. And so I'm such a sucker, I come an hour later, they tell me that I had another time and didn't even offer to re-record!The maximum comfort is 0 in this part.
