In winter, I definitely do not recommend these apartments. It was so cold in the room, I thought I was going to freeze to the bed, washing up is like having a cold. They told me to turn on the heater, turned on all the lights went out, at almost 12 a.m. I had to get dressed, go around the house from the outside and call the administrator, and the switch turned out to be in the next room. They turned on the air conditioner for me, but it does not heat, only drives the air. I survived two nights somehow. The room itself is nice, equipped with everything, stove, kettle, microwave, washing machine, iron, hygiene products in the shower. The room is clean. But you can only live in summer((

I lived in Evergreen home for 3 days. I came from Uzbekistan. I consider the best hostel in Almaty. Clean, cozy, pleasant. Very polite and decent administrators. I especially want to mention the administrator Alexandra, she helped me in everything, very polite, gentle, educated, cultured and well-mannered. She even found me a prayer mat. The staff always goes to meet the guests. Clean beds, silence, which is very important for the hostel and a cozy hall. There are all the amenities. Shower, washing machine, tea, coffee for free. Near the shopping center, the botanical garden and all kinds of shops. I definitely recommend it👍
