We came specially by taxi to this place, because in the recommendations it turns out that you can try the national cuisine of Kyrgyzstan here. Very disappointed. This is a dining room where it was very cold (November 10, 2023), cold dishes were brought - they ordered goulash with mashed potatoes and lagman, both were very cold. Count on the fact that the dishes are definitely not worth it here with the heat - even the flatbread was completely cold. I do not recommend guests to get acquainted with the national cuisine.
One of the best lagmanns in Bishkek. There are rumors that even the chefs from Fayza go with guards. So that competitors know and see how much the owners value their work. Well, Lagman is really amazing.
