The state polyclinic. It 's free . You can take tests. Most of the doctors are experienced. The queues are long. The sewage system probably needs to be thought out, an unpleasant smell accumulates overnight, as you enter the building it hits your nose.

The doctors are good, but the patients are not so welcoming. Sometimes they come and shake their rights, there are not enough video cameras and guards. Convenient location.
